Hotel very clean, beds super comfortable, Staff great, has a bar and restaurant- food very good too Zehra, in Guest Relations I cannot say enough about this wonderful Lady so helpful. Shopping nearby About 40 minutes from airport but all good! Would I come back yes!

Just arrived and recieved a lovely welcome. Room on the 8th floor is spacious for 2. This hotel is clean and inviting. The breakfast has a wonderful selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Marina and market locally. I am looking forward to the rest of our stay.

I stay here courtesy of Turkish Airlines. 2 nights foc and I paid for additional night. Room is of reasonable size, bedding, towel and shower is good. Great hotel and I will stay here again. It’s in a quiet area away from the main tourist noises. Train station is less than 10 mins walk away and only 5 stops to Sultanameh.

The Hotel in general was average, food options not great and on occasions menu items unavailable. Rooms were kept very clean and stocked and the cleaning staff very friendly. The Hotel is on a very busy road hard to get across no pedestrian crossing

I was not sure what to expect for my complimentary stay. Excellent care and service from the staff, especially Hatice Doguken during my 05:30 checkout. My room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the water pressure for the shower was strong with plenty of hot water. Being able to visit the Turkish bath, steam room and sauna all for free was a delightful bonus. My stay was part of Turkish Airlines Stopover program.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Hotel in Ataköy, Istanbul. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant and relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the standout features is its great location — close to several shopping malls, making it easy to explore and shop. The convenient access to transportation made it easy to navigate the city as well. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

This property was assigned to me by Turkish Airlines. Not the typical hotel I would stay at, residual since so far away from the airport and main attractions. Very comfortable spacious room. Hatice was very accommodating with my early check-in. The hotel is very clean. There should be name tags for the breakfast items.

Stayed for one night but was more than happy with it… great support from the front desk staff especially Hatice and Marve their English speaking skills were amazing and made us feel at home. Thanks guys… will definitely come again keep up the good work
