用一個誠實良善的中國人角度言，實在無法不加負評，首先酒店位於伊斯坦堡扒手最多，鄰近加拉塔的佩拉區，治安不好(我第一天就損失1000美金）,周圍酒吧林立，酒店一樓正是音樂BAR，常演奏到半夜，加上酒店隔音效果差，鄰房裝潢施工與酒客暄鬧聲吵得我必須要戴耳塞才能入睡，早餐與用餐環境也乏善可陳，全無四星級酒店水平，與網路上照片有極大落差，要求前台加條棉被與外出代叫記程車也愛理不理，唯一可肯定的，是房間面積與衛浴設備寬敞舒適，除此之外，我真不知要如何給正評？

По мне всё хорошо, местоположение отличное -все достопримечательности этой стороны Босфора рядом, завтрак сносный ( это Турция , другого не ожидала)

Останавливаемся здесь уже не первый раз. Отель очень нравится, особенно в холодное время года, в номере тепло, есть батарея, можно регулировать. Отель находится в проулке, основного шума от баров практически не слышно. Кровати удобные, белое постельное белье(без пятен и дыр), вода горячая под хорошим напором, есть фен, чайник, минибар. Wifi в номере работал шустро и стабильно. Завтрак очень порадовал, выбор достаточно большой. Приехали рано утром, уставшие после 12 часового перелёта, нас практически сразу заселили! Выселиться разрешили на час позже. С удовольствием заедем в этот отель снова!

Pros: Excellent location: Near Taksim Square and Galata tower. Near good restaurants, bars, pubs and public transport. Near Metro station, tunnel, tram, bus. Ferry terminal is 10 mins away. English - speaking staff: the staff can help you with everything and are very friendly. Breakfast- decent breakfast spread but its same daily. cons: no window in room: the room we stayed in did not have a window opening outside. therefore we did not like to stay in the room for long. the bed is a double bed - 2 single beds joined. good for 2, not for 2 adults and a child. the room felt small.

This hotel is located at a walking distance from both Taksim Square and Galata Tower. Their rooms are small but cozy. Breakfast did not have a lot of options but enough to start the day. Also, good to keep it light before you head out because of the great food joints around the place. Overall I’d rate this 5/5 for giving value-for-money especially with its prime location.

Excellent location. Close to major markets and all modes of transport. Great eating joints are in close proximity. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The hotel has a lift. Breakfast is nice with reasonable vegetarian options. Staff is cordial and friendly.

I stayed in this hotel for four days, I had a great time. Very clean and the location is excellent, close to the metro stop and close to the main street. Very friendly staff, Onder, Esmail and Mehment were always very helpful. I also used the shuttle service from the airport. All perfect. I recommend it for your stay in Istanbul.

Its very good and l love the behavior of mr esmail and after that this near the bus and Subway. There are many bars and restaurants nearby and located in a good neighborhood I suggest you enjoy your trip

Very friendly staff especially the receptionist Onder. They make you feel at ease and in safe hands. Very helpful and respective. The rooms are comfortable and nice. All the receptionists are great and most friendly.

We had a corner suite here for 3 days and that was ideal for us. The room was plenty big enough and having two distinct areas was a great advantage. There were plenty of plug sockets and the wifi worked well. There was no real view and the decor was a bit dated but everything worked. Breakfast was included and covered the basics but was less inspired than the other Turkish hotels we stayed in this week. The location is great, in the centre of Galata, maybe 10 minutes walk to the bridge and with all the cafes, restaurants and shops inbetween. It is a very cosmopolitan touristy area and we had no problems walking around and it felt safe. The best asset of this hotel is the staff - the two guys on reception were absolutely fantastic. Anything we asked, they would help with, everything they said they'd do they actually delivered on. Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced.
