The location is by far the best. Next to market, opposite to tram station. 5 mins walking from old bazaar. Market, restaurants everything. Frankly speaking i was not impressed with the rooms that looked way better on the internet than the actual ones. Decent breakfast and you might need to pay if you want an Omelette or your choice of egg {15Lira only}

Бронировали через интернет две комнаты. Гостиница был указан 4 звезда. Надеялся на звезды. Не соответствует даже на три звезды. Комнаты написано было 20 м2. Не был даже 15 м2. Зашли комнату прямо надо ложиться на кровать. Душевая было чисто но маленькая. Погода была холодно. Кондиционер не работал, был сломан у обоих комнат. Сказали что четыре комнаты соединены кондиционером. Было поздно. Не смогли разбудить соседа и пришлось целый ночь провести под одеялом. Несколько раз сказал им что не работает кондиционер, ответили что сейчас посмотрим. Не сделали вовремя.

出行很方便，離地鐵站很近，酒店門口不遠處就有路面電車站，真的是遊玩的好住處。早歺也很豐富，完全可以向親友推薦。

Such a big joke in a fabulous location. Reception desk is non responsive. Absolutely no customer support. Intercom was not working in my room but they cudn't rectify it till I check'd out. Reported faulty AC to a housekeeping staff but he fled immediately. Lock in washroom door was faulty. It cannot be locked. Positives 1. Good Location for shopping and evening walk. 2. Nice spread for breakfast. 3. There is a spa centre attached to this property. This helps after a long travel. Negatives 1. Narrow road. Most of the pickup and drop vehicles wont come infront of this property. They all will stop at the nearest signal jn or in walkable distance. For check-in and out, we had to walk a bit carrying the luggages. 2.Cramped bath space. 3.No good restaurants nearby. I wudn't visit this place again or refer to anyone for sure.

I will never recommend this Hotel to anyone the manager and the owner are very very rude. The manager threat us if we don't pay for a socket, which i had lent from him with his permission that to for a night in emergency because we lost our socket which I bought from the him earlier, he threat us that if we don't pay him in our absence he will take our luggage. He didn't end here he disrespect us very badly and treated us like we are beggars that to for just 30 TL. He spoiled my nightout party. We didn't felt safe in this hotel. Request everyone not to choose this hotel we had really very very bad experience. Rooms are also very very small. There was no coordination from the hotel when we asked for some information about the city. Also when i asked for sewing kit from the reception the manager sent me broken sewing needle on request from another he said he don't have other i trusted him but i was shocked to see when other day I told a staff about the kit he immediately gave me 2 kit. Seriously this hotel doesn't provide a warm and safe environment for tourist.

They are not the nicest people. They Wanted to charge us extra for our 9 year old child because they were claiming that she should be counted as an adult. They Wanted 30 euros extra per night. We refused to pay and called destinia right away in front of them and as som as they saw us calling destinia they backed and said that its ok and We dont have to pay. They tried to get more money but didnt succeed. The only good thing is the location. But i Will NEVER go back to this hotel.

Hotel with smallest of rooms. Front desk guy is rude., especially if u cannot speak local language. Never ever as a tourist book this place, had a horrible experience. The whole Turkey experience was ruined by staying in this place for 2 days.

I like this hotel on several accounts: 1. Locationwise, it is central and easy to remember especially for tourist like me. 2. Small room yet complete what you need for and quality fixtures 3. Breakfast has variety of choices, plenty of local cuisine which I enjoyed a lot. 4. Friendly and helpful reception both at frontdesk and restaurant 5.I like tha restaurant has rooftop view. Nice to admire the sky in the morning. 6. Very clean. Suggestion: reading lamp

Останавливались в отеле на 2 дня и остались очень довольны! Чистые номера, удобные кровати, очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Удобно расположен, хорошая локация,прям рядом станция метро и остановка трамвая. Вкусные завтраки

Os quartos são bem pequenos. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar. Embaixo da cama, tem muito pó., há tempos que não limpam . Os funcionários da recepção são muito simpáticos e prestativos O café da manhã, tinha poucas frutas para o número de hóspedes. Acaba muito rápido O hotel está bem próximo da linha de train. Que leva para toda a cidade.
