There was a weird vibe at this hotel, whole the location was great (super close to Aya Sophie and Blue Mosque) for this price I think you could do better elsewhere.

Прекрасный отель , отличное местоположение, завтраки (шведский стол) с видом на Босфор, приветливый персонал, ежедневная уборка. Да, кое-что в номере «подуставшее», но это такие мелочи на общем фоне. Мы жили на 4 этаже с видом на город и даже Голубую мечеть. Мы приехали в конце октября, была комфортная погода, претензий к отелю точно нет.

前台的服務還是不錯的 微笑服務 但是早上十一點我正在睡覺 有人敲門 我用英語詢問什麼事情 很明顯外面的人知道里面有人 令人震驚的是下一秒外面的人用房卡打開了我的門 我很慌亂 應該是打掃人員 但是她不會説英語 伸頭往房間裏看了一眼然後關上了門 我早就查過退房時間是十二點 我不明白為什麼清潔工會在知道房間裏面有人的情況下沒經過允許打開了我的門 這是我在土耳其最糟糕的體驗 這家酒店雖然位置很好 但是價格偏高 根本不值房價 所以在別的酒店都訂滿的情況下這仍然有空房間

離景點近，但房間設備設施陳舊，服務一般

Расположен между Голубой Мечетью и набережной (минут по 5 в каждую сторону) - т.е до основных достопримечательностей рукой подать и можно наслаждаться прогулкой вдоль моря. До трамвая идти минут 13-15, учитывайте, если планируете посещать другие районы - это самый удобный способ перемещения по Стамбулу. Действительно есть терраса с видом на море и купола Голубой мечети. Очень приятно завтракать. Про завтраки: даже если вы не едите на завтрак турецкое жареное и острое, вы сможете нормально позавтракать: омлет, сыры, корнфлекс с йогуртом, огурчики-помидорчики, фрукты, печенюшки. Особо отмечу ореховый соус - это фишка, очень радует. Кофе, конечно, мог бы быть и лучше. «Соки» - кошмарная химия. Тут же можно поужинать, но цены как во всём Султанахмете и в наличии не всё, что заявлено в меню и винной карте. Важно: в 5 мин ходьбы кафе и ресторан (отличаются наличием-отсутствием алкоголя) с видом на море и приемлемыми ценами (лучше чем во всей округе). Уютные номера в спокойных тонах. Новое постельное бельё (по крайней мере у меня было). Убирали и ставили воду каждый день (правда, вешал табличку). Гели-шмели в наличии. Ребята спокойные, с выдержкой, доброжелательные. Немного подкачал тот товарищ, который по-русски говорит - как будто всегда немного раздражён. Внимание ! То чего нет на сайтах бронирования: окно номера «стандарт» выходит в мрачный колодец примерно 2х2 метра с таким же окном из другого номера напротив; со всеми вытекающими. В этом же колодце установлены довольно шумные наружные блоки кондиционеров. Да и попахивает в нём чем-то не очень приятным. Я о таком «сюрпризе» был не в курсе . Здесь явная недоработка Trip.com - нельзя допускать, чтобы отели скрывали такую важную информацию. В целом: чисто, уютно, в самом сердце Стамбула и завтраки с видом на море.

Small hotel in a prime location for visiting the main attractions of Istanbul, close to many restaurants and shops. Rooms not very large, but furnished with good oriental style. Breakfast by buffet with a wide choice of sweet, savory and fruit, served on the terrace overlooking the Blue Mosque. High quality/price ratio. The room smelled a bit stale and the cleanliness needs to be improved.

Mevlana is a cozy hotel which located in a nice neighborhood. The staff are friendly. Baris and biderhan is very helpful I recommend this hotel , and will back here agian. You will be happy here. Nice location , clean room , good breakfast Enjoy your time

It was the 3rd time I’ve been in Istanbul and I can definitely recommend this hotel as one of the best. Stuff is very nice and kind. Room conditions were on a higher level, breakfasts were terrific.I can’t but thank the receptionist who really did his best to make our trip unforgettable and stressless. Teşekkürler!

The Hotel is amazing and has an amazing view from the top at the restaurant. Food super delicious. The room very warm and clean. The staff is super friendly and ready to help with everything you may need. We stayed 3 nights and we are thinking to come back again in the summer because the location is fantastic and only 5-7 mins away from the Blu Mosque. We suggest to all to try the best hospitality that this hotel gives to all of Guests. See you guys soon. EDIOLA & MATT

I booked Mevlana Hotel for a week. When I reached to the hotel was 23:30 pm and I was so tired. Upon entering the hotel, I noticed that the hotel was very dirty, unsuitable, and completely different from the photos. When I entered the room, I immediately regretted it because the room was so small that I had no place for my clothes and luggage. And the unpleasant smell of sewage was annoying. I had to stay at the Mevlana Hotel for one night, because I could not look for a new hotel that night because I was so tired and it was too late. This hotel is a dishonest and the photos are completely different from reality. I informed the reception (Mr. Bedirhan) in the morning that I would cancel the reservation because it was completely far from what I was expecting. He got very aggressive and brutal, he threatened me while I told him kindly about the fact that the hotel was completely out of my expectations and he got angry and threatened and forced me to pay the whole one week amount to him. While in their policy was mentioned that In case of cancellation, the money will be deducted overnight. He insulted me and my partner several times and I warned him that it was wrong to treat a guest and a foreigner like that, and he continued to threaten us badly. Finally I left there while I was crying and paid two night to him. It was the worst experience of me in a travel and unfortunatly I found them by ***********. After cancelation I was not able to write anything for them because there was not any survey for me anymore and I preferred to complain from them here.
