We booked this hotel for one night due to a long layover in Istanbul, and from that perspective, the location is excellent: there’s a metro station nearby with a direct line to the new airport, as well as a large shopping mall with stores and cafés.
The rooms are a bit worn out but generally clean. However, there was a major downside—the air conditioning didn’t work properly. We specifically booked a large family room so our child could have a separate bed and everyone could be comfortable, but the AC barely cooled the room. When we asked at reception, they simply offered to move us to a smaller room, which was strange—why charge extra for more space if you can’t provide proper conditions? In the summer heat, this was a real issue. We only stayed because it was just one night—if it had been longer, we definitely would have changed rooms.
The breakfast was good: a nice variety, everything fresh and tasty.
Overall, the hotel works fine for a transit stop.
