The hotel is situated in a busy not touristic part of Istanbul, on a busy main motorway . Decor is a little dated but facilities are clean . Ask to change the first room give smelling of nicotine, moved to top Floor room better view but unfortunately still the aroma of cigarettes. Staff are friendly and attentive, breakfast good with plenty of choice . The visit was for dental treatment , originally booked for 6 nights but left after 2 due to the clinics poor facilities and staff attitude.

Spent an unexpected 5 days staying at this hotel. Should have been one night only. The staff were great and made me feel welcome through all the uncertainty. Very clean establishment, breakfast was typical and plentiful. Would definately go back.

About the location its near the metro station and there are resturants and cafees neerby no gardins its on big main street there are malls about 1 km or so. Pros -The hotel was very clean -room size big -Reception are very friendly Cons -Old furniture -Not all stuff speak english -breakfast is not varied

Its a very good hotel, the lock is very good and everything are near, the stuff are very nice and good, the food is good and nice, but the hotel are not that much clean, i found a dirty towel in the cabinet since i arrived, they changed it an clean everything but it was really shocked to see that

On arrival they insisted I pay 100% in advance. I had taken a suit which was well past it’s best. The room stank, it was dreadful, it is clearly a smoking room, opening windows did little to alleviate the stench and after 3 days all my clothing now stank. The carpets were stained and looked dreadful, furniture was chipped, marked and stained in place well in need of replacing. There were used nappies outside the room where my patio door went, not mention the fall as there were no safety rails outside. There is no way that this hotel in 4*. There were about 10 of us in total there and we all go back to Istanbul in May and we have all said never again. The breakfast was dreadful, only options if you wanted a drink was water, coffee or tea. No juice!! The toast machine barely functions, put your bread through 4 times and it’s still not toasted. The food choices left my team perplexed, no effort to cater for international customers. Room service, well you can’t credit it to your room as they have taken your payment at check in, so the steward insists on cash only!! Nice touch that…. Not… Yes I did ask to be moved, as my room stank so bad, but reception did nothing and promptly forgot my issue, why would they care they already had my money in full. The WiFi was rubbish, it blocked playing games online and other sites such as this one!! Even Apple news struggled. It would not work if my VPN was on. One day there was a drilling in the room above for hours, nice touch of torture that. Oh and the bath water came out brown… In summary one to avoid. My group will stay up the road in another hotel next time. AVOID

İkinci kez geliyoruz bu otele ve çok memnunuz! Önceden çok başka otellere gittik ama favorimiz burası. Özellikle resepsiyondaki bey efendi ve Sahra hanım, guestralation Gizem hanıma sonsuz teşekkür ederiz! Bu otelin kalitesini gösteren insanlar! Kibar, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler! Gelecek misafirlere düşünmeden gelebilirsiniz diyebilirim!

Otelin konumu çok iyi tek iyi yanı da bu.otelin yanında bir cami var dinlenmeniz mümkün değil bununla sınırlı değil otelin yan tarafında inşaat var ve sanayinin Tam ortası bu kadarda değil tabiki içerdeki resepsiyon görevlileri aşırı kaba anlayışsız ve İngilizce asla bilmiyor ve empati kuramıyorlar yani orada kalmanız sizin için büyük bir nimet gibi davranıyorlar başınıza gelen her sorundan sizi sorumlu tutuyorlar asla yardım etmiyorlar adres bile sormayın yani dayak yemeniz an meselesi kahvaltı çok kötü hep aynı lezzetsiz yetersiz ve hijyenden uzak personeller özensiz nezaketen uzaklar odalar çok eski hiç birşey çalışmıyor yada arzalı oda temizliği yetersiz istefiğiniz bir saate temizlik alamıyorsunuz havluyu yüzünüze fırlatıyorlar resmen buraya gelecekseniz 1 kere değil 5 kere düşünün kapıları bile kilitlenmiyor güvenlik zaten yok ama odanıza biri her an girebilir bu kötü deneyimi yaşattığı İçin bilek otel yöneticisini kınıyorum

Hôtel bien situé mais qui mériterait de sérieux travaux d’isolation … on entend absolument tout … et je suis un peu sourd … c’est correctement frais mais on sent la gloire passée moitié des machines qui ne fonctionnent pas à la salle de sport. Seul en voyage d’affaires ça passe ( a condition d’avoir tarif préférentiel) à éviter en couple ou pour moment romantique…

Έμεινα σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο τον Οκτώβριο του 2022 για 5 μέρες επαγγελματικό ταξίδι η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι καλή κοντά στο μετρό. Το δωμάτιο απαράδεκτο τα έπιπλα παλαιά. δεν υπήρχε κλιματισμός με επιλογή.Μονο ζέστη ψηθηκαμε για το διάστημα που μέναμε.Το προσωπικό ήταν πρόθυμο και ευγενικό.Αλλα με τίποτε δεν άξιζε τα χρήματα που δώσαμε.Απλως απαράδεκτο.
