The hotel is located within walking distance of Taksim metro station. I was satisfied with a junior sweet room which was quite comfy and the most I liked was the bathtub. However, you could hear people talking in front of the room. Anyway, overall is good.

Please avoid this hotel. The hotel administration is not customer-oriented at all. I had problems with the dates of reservation so the aggregator site where I made the reservation was very kind and helpful and they negotiated with the hotel and asked the hotel for permission to let them move the dates or change the owner of the reservation. In such situations many other hotels are willing to help and agree to move the dates or change the visitor without any problem, as they don't suffer any losses at all. But this hotel flatly refused to help in any way and said, "don't ask anymore". They simply refused and they talked in unfriendly manner without explaining or giving any advice on how to solve the problem. It seems that after the hotel receives payments, customers are no longer important at all. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid it and never book here. The administration of this hotel is unfriendly and they don't will to help you.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Taksim district, this has good and bad things. I am going to start with the bad ones that were the reason why the score I give the hotel is not higher. If after touring the city, walking a lot and enjoying how beautiful Istanbul is you want to rest, charge energy and sleep, this is not the Hotel you should choose. it is almost impossible to sleep until 4am, the noise from the street is unbearable, the music, the shouts of the people, the police sirens (the police station is attached to the building)... all this is a cocktail that does not allow you to rest . Now, if what you want is fun and falling asleep at that time, you are in the right place. The good thing about location is that you are close to everything, public transport, shops, restaurants, etc… The attention of the hotel staff is very good, they are kind, helpful and friendly. always wanting to help you with whatever you need. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, they are in the final stage and starting to need some maintenance or renovation, but still everything is good and cleanliness is good. They leave you a big bottle of water every day next to the water heater, coffee and tea. There is a small refrigerator too. It does not have a safe, this caught my attention. The breakfast is correct, a little poor since there are no fruits and the juices are not natural. You have to ask them to replace the things that are missing or run out, and in many cases the answer was, there is no more! Something important to mention is that breakfast is on the 6th floor, and the elevator only goes up to the 5th, so if someone has difficulty climbing the stairs, this will be a problem. A very bad experience for my parents who went to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. They paid for a room of one value and upon arrival they were given a room of a lower price and they were going to be charged a supplement to give them the room they had initially paid for. They paid for a tour with the hotel staff that provides guide service, and made the mistake of paying 200 USD in advance, the guide arrived before the scheduled time and as they were not at the front desk waiting for him, he left without telling them. They did not return the money and did not give them any tour. The hotel staff was not friendly at all, on the contrary very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL if they are not capable of providing a customer service that gives solutions and not, as in the case of my parents, problems. Especially taking into account that they are very adult people who want to have a comfortable trip and with the minimum possible setbacks.
