Positive: - Great location of the hotel. - Only 3 minutes to the most famous mosques. - We received a larger room than booked at no extra charge. Negative, but (!j for the price, it's acceptable. - The balcony offers a good view but is very dirty and dusty - Old, randomly stained chairs. - The bathroom is ok, with some small things are falling apart.

It’s really good location near by Sultanahmet square just 8 mins by walk. The room was okay but it wasn’t like how it wrote in detail. There wasn’t city view also the AC wasn’t working well and one of lamps doesn’t work. Even though I recommended for people who want to save money for travel.

My daughter stayed here for one night. Mid July . Hell hot with no electricity. No water , you have to buy in the shops around. The room itself was ok but the window looked out into a dark dirty back yard. No reception nowhere to leave the bags while waiting for the room to be available. If the electricity was there, could have earn more points

Thanks for the hotel team for the great hospitality and kindness! I would recommend this hotel if you are wishing to see the most important places, as the location is in the heart of the city and just next to the Ays Safia mosque.

It was a nightmare to get to the room . No lift . 57 stairs to go up into the room . Which was absolutely agonising pain full . I personally won’t recommend this hotel to anyone else . To be honest I would love a full refund . As it was such painful experience .

アヤソフィアの近くに位置するホテルで立地は完璧です。ただ、利用した部屋のエアコンが機能しなかった点だけがマイナスです。スタッフの雰囲気や柔軟な対応に助けられました。

朝に予約日の変更の了承を得ていたのですが 午後以降に来るように伺っていたので 改めて伺いました。 朝の受付スタッフはおらず別の方に対応を受け 部屋が空いてないから入れないと断られました。 当然お金も返ってきません。 別の宿を急遽探す羽目になったのでこの評価となります。

We stayed at the hotel for 7days and everything was just great, the staff were amazing and would do their best to help you with everything, the internet was excellent, rooms are very clean and get cleaned every day. close all tourists attractions. I highly recommend it and I will be coming back for sure and I will tell all my friends to book at the hotel...thank you very much Chihan and the night shift guy.
