The climate control system in the room was terrible. Lack proper air ventilation and room was very warm which made it very difficult to sleep.

The location is great. Close to metro station and Galata tower is not far away by foot. There is a small supermarket few meters away. The room maid took the old towel and didn’t put a new one. Three times asked a cleaner but there were no reaction. Called the receptionist twice as I needed a shower before getting out but for no avail! Overall a nice hotel, but small details can ruin your experience.

The hotel worths the cost, it’s in a great location many spots around ya, ( restaurants, bars, clubs , supermarket , transportation). The service is wonderful, front office manager Mr. oner offered us a superior triple room instead of double. He’s very nice and friendly person. The breakfast is amazing, many choices. A Turkish girl and Azerbaijan guy ( my bad I did not remember their names) they are very welcoming and friendly people. I highly recommend this hotel

Very close to shopping area in estiklal Street (Taksim) all just by walking.

I would not stay at this hotel if you Paid Me, Absolutely terrible..gave out false info before booking,breakfast was horrible,no swimming pool,you even had to pay to watch TV, 1st floor smells of cat urine,no Internet,room was a disgrace.

在佩拉地區石塔附近，底下就是酒吧，堪稱酒吧一條街，挺方便的哈哈哈，酒店前台服務很好，房間也不錯，滿意滿意。

It was a great collaboration from the beginning till the end and appreciated their all efforts. Busra from reservation team was super collaborative and great. Reception, breakfast, restaurant, security, room facilities, gym, spa, location all brilliant and they are doing the best. I fully recommend It for any kind of travelers. Our experience at Pera Tulip Hotel in Istanbul was deeply disappointing and fell far below expectations in every aspect. The rooms were exceptionally small, not properly cleaned, and we encountered persistent issues with restroom water. Despite multiple complaints over two days, the staff's response was dismissive, eventually moving us to another room that was in even worse condition, with most lights not functioning. The attitude of the front desk staff was particularly troubling. When we expressed dissatisfaction, we were told to check out and find another hotel if we didn’t like it, with no offer of a refund. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Additionally, the hotel's location is inconvenient for tourists, being far from key attractions. It requires a considerable walk to reach Istiklal Street or Taksim Square, making it unsuitable for those wishing to explore central Istanbul easily. This was not our first trip to Istanbul, but it was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had. Our group of 18 travelers unanimously agreed that the hotel does not meet even basic standards of quality or service. It is overpriced and undeserving of any star rating. We strongly advise future travelers to avoid Pera Tulip Hotel.

First of all they are worst customer service on phone, then there is huge amount of noise every night between 11-12 clock and they do nothing about it, also food service not work at all we need call 2-3 times to order food, also elevator when its used , it hear a very bad noise shaking the whole building. I would not recomend no one going to this “hotel” as they call themself, as i would call a worst place we ever stayed.

Good hotel room in a central area. Not too noisy at night. Good value to money with pool and breakfast included. I would recommend this room to anyone that wants a nice and comfy stay in the city centre of Istanbul, as it is close to all the big highlights.
