Great place, close to sultanahmet area. But there is no elevator especially if you bring your family with a lot of stuffa but the staff help us. Except that, they have service (there is cost) to airport. Better than you take the taxi.

No free parking as promised. We had to park on the street for 5 euro a day. The park-guy first asked 10 euro!! Long time waiting before we could check-in. Hot water and warm room.

The location was great. Stuff was also great but the room was not that good. All are very old stuffs even AC was not working well.

就在藍色清真寺後面，去各主要景點都可以步行到達。 老闆兩口子英語不太靈，但也算盡了服務義務了。 房間不算小，衞生尚可，但沒有電梯，需要爬狹窄的樓梯上去。有提供洗髮水和毛巾，但沒有窗户也沒有瓶裝水。傳説中可以望到藍色清真寺的露台也不知道在哪裡。 總的來説我覺得對得起這個價錢，適合預算有限要求不高又想住市中心的。

房間很小，床也很小，但是離藍色清真寺和聖瑪麗亞大教堂很近,因為離景區近，酒店又是臨街，會很吵，睡眠不好的不建議定。

帶我們到屋子後就問我們要小費，做床上發現沒有被子，跑去樓下 要了被子，還要自己套被罩，我在家都沒套過，跑到酒店套被罩，醉了，被子比較臟，套完被罩嗓子就不舒服

Die Lage war super nah an allem, sei es die S-Bahn etc. Das Bett an sich war auch sehr bequem, nur das was mich etwas gestört hat war, dass man die Leute nebenan hören konnte.

距離海邊近而已！其他真的一般般！

Nicht empfehlenswert 1.5 Stunden sollten wir auf die Rezeption warten weil niemand hat sich um uns gekümmert.

La ubicación muy buena y el personal muy amable. La habitación correcta. El aire acondicionado tenía el mando roto y nos lo cambiaron enseguida. La puerta de la habitación complicada para abrir. 2 plantas por escalera y sin luz. El agua de la ducha se escurre por todos los bajos de la mampara.

We were 4 people and one of them had to go to another hotel, because her reservation was given to another person. We were told this is a usual practice in this hotel. Breakfast was very basic and poorly served. There are much, much better hotels in this area for the same price. The hotel has also a pub, so high music is played until 12.30-01:00 at night, making difficult to have a good night sleep. There is also a lot of noise coming from the kitchen. We spent 5 nights there and the room was never cleaned and the towels were never changed. If you follow my advice, do not book this hotel. They are far from being professional.

Be Careful. Do not enter the place in front of this hotel. Sultan Terrace. It was the worst experience with the staff of this place. I went up to the terrace with my parents. We were very excited by the view from the terrace. We sat down at the table. The waiter offered us a seafood platter for 30 Turkish liras. This platter was not priced on the menu. that's why they insisted on him. Of course I couldn't resist the temptation and ordered. everything was fine and dandy until they brought the bill for payment. 30 Turkish Liras turned into 3000 . It was a shock. A huge scandal started. The waiters insisted that they told me that it cost 3000 and not 30. That such a plate cannot cost so cheap. Although the fish was fried with a lot of oil and dry. The waiter was ready to hit me. I called the police, they called lawyers. I negotiated up to 2000 Turkish liras. I left with a bitter taste. Disappointed and robbed. They are thieves and crooks.
