The hotel has a great location, and the room was spacious enough for our stay. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. First, the air conditioning was faulty upon arrival, so we had to call reception for assistance. Thankfully, maintenance responded quickly and resolved the issue. Unfortunately, the hair dryer was not working, and even after they replaced it, the new one didn’t work either. As a result, we were unable to properly dry our hair for the entire five-day stay. Another disappointment was the condition of the towels—they were very old and worn out (see pictures). Housekeeping also didn’t change the bed sheets until we specifically requested it after three days. Breakfast was underwhelming. The selection was very basic, and by 9:30 AM, the buffet was often empty. On top of that, the restaurant staff lacked basic customer service skills—they didn’t even greet guests with a simple “good morning” upon arrival. The reception staff also seemed inattentive, often chatting among themselves instead of assisting guests efficiently. Overall, while the location and room size were positives, the lack of proper service, maintenance issues, and outdated amenities made our stay less enjoyable than expected. With better staff training and attention to guest comfort, this hotel could be a much better experience
