When we arrived we were given a double room and not a double standard as booked. Light bulb in the room was hanging loose out of its socket. It fell and broke. No health and safety measures were taken. Then we were given a double standard room next day. The door was in tatters. The main door couldn’t be locked properly. Toilet was leaking all the time. The air condition seemed to have a mind of its own. We were not given a remote control for the air con and TV.

The hotel was filthy. The air conditioner did not have a remote and i had to open the cover to turn it off and on. They didnt change the sheets and the towels at all. They didnt clean the room at all. And the lady that came totell us it is time to check out was very rude. None of the questions or complaints we had were answered.

Worst Hotel i had been to in my life. I checked in the hotel at night 9 PM totally exhausted from day trip. After i saw the room, i was shocked. Absolutely no cleaning and the guy at the reception couldn't speak English at all. The ACs in rooms were not working. I checked more than 10 rooms and all rooms were disgustingly unclean with lots of cockroaches crawling around. I immediately took my baggage and went to check in another hotel nearby. Never ever going to pass even near to this Hotel. Shame

It was great experience! Amazing stuff. They helped me a lot in the hotel. Wonderful location

Ok but need to improve facilities.

Just booking to sleep only, all the plug is unfunctional , the stair very unacceptable for old people. Got bed bug in my room.

This hotel is in the perfect location.....only a few minutes Walk to the main attractions in Sultanhemet. The staff were really courteous and helpful and for the price this is an excellent option. Our shower leaked a bit but the place was clean and tidy.and the room was a great size. You might need to ask for extra bedding, but the staff are really accommodating. We would stay here again :)

Hotel baru direnovasi, tidak ada lift di hotel. Dapat di lantai 3, koper tidak dibawa naik, Selama menginap dititipkan di lobby

床邊有鐵容易傷人，平台寫寫有停車場，其實沒有，因為這次是從中國自駕車去的，就是看中位置和有停車，太差了

Грязно, мусор не выносят, уборки нет, в номере все отваливается. Нет слов🤢😵💫 Хорошо, что есть какая никакая теплая батарея , теплая вода , чистое постельное белье и улыбчивые администраторы. Остальное🙀🙀🙀

Kleines freundliches Hotel nicht weit von der Hagia Sophia und den anderen Highlights entfernt. Mein Zimmer war hell und gemütlich. Dusche und Bad könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen, Funktionen waren aber dennoch absolut OK. Fühlte mich wohl dort.

Cucok ah hotelnya sangat strategis banget, banyak makanan dan sangat dekat objek wisata

沒有早餐。空調壞了用不了，老闆説第二天修，住了5天都沒人來修。明天是兩個人入住的房間，浴巾、一次性拖鞋也衹準備一人份，且不提醒就不更換。房間也是不提醒就不打掃。
