Good location. Nice room with decent facilities. Bathroom was somewhat rundown. Breakfast was decent.

My experience at this hotel was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided impeccable service with a warm welcome. The room was beautifully appointed, offering stunning views and every comfort imaginable. Dining was a delight with exquisite meals served in a charming atmosphere. This hotel exceeded all expectations and made my visit to Istanbul truly unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious stay in this vibrant city!

We like this hotel, The location is suits. The desk manager didn't find our booking and we waited 30 minutes. But then he offered a better room, The room was very nice. All was ok, thank you. If we decide to visit Istanbul next time we will choose this hotel again.

Great hotel with a very convenient location just next to the Tophane tram station , friendly and helpful stuff. I had a spacious room with a nice view on Bosphorus. TV and wifi works fine. Breakfast is also very good with a big variety of local products.

今まで色々な国の色々なランクのホテルに泊まりましたが、個人的には最悪なホテルでした。 受付・スタッフの対応が悪いです。 まずシャワールームの床に黒いゴミがいくつか落ちており、黒カビも沢山生えていました。 とりあえずゴミを流そうと思い水を出したら、シャワーヘッドが壊れており通常の穴からではなくサイドから水が勢いよく漏れ出てきました。その旨を伝えたところ「スタッフが行くので待っていてください。」との事。 15分ほどして来なかったので改めて受付に電話するとまた同じように「スタッフが行くので部屋で待っていてください。」と言われました。そこから30分以上待ってやっと換えを持って来ました。 ついでにボディーソープが切れている旨も伝えたところ、「持ってくるので待っていて。」と言われ待つ事さらに30分ほど…どさっと使い切りの小さいボトルを沢山持ってきました。とてつもない時間を無駄にしたのに謝罪の一言もありませんでした。 （もう少しコミュニケーションが取れて謝罪の一言でもあれば気にならない出来事で終わったのですが…） 他の方の口コミにもある様に対応が悪いので、もう一生ここには泊まりませんし、泊まろうと考えている方は近くにもっと良いホテルは沢山あるので考え直した方が良いです。

موقع الفندق ممتاز في منطقة كراكوي قريب من محطة الترام. يقع بالقرب منه محل Köşkeroğlu للبقلاوة. مدخل الفندق صغير لكن يتوفر جلسات متنوعة في اللوبي ودورة مياه وكذلك يوجد غرفة مخصصة لحفظ الشنط. يتوفر في الغرف مناشف وادوات النظافة مثل الشامبو وملحقاته. كذلك يتوفر غلاية ماء وشاي وقهوة وثلاجة ميني بار يعيب الفندق ضيق الغرف خصوصاً الاقتصادية فمن الصعوبة وجود مكان للشنطة. جهاز التكييف لم يكن بالجودة المطلوبة لكن لم أكن بحاجته في منتصف شهر مايو حيث كانت درجة حرارة اسطنبول *15 لكن بالصيف سوف يكون ضرورياً. الفطور في الطابق التاسع بإطلالة جميلة على البسفور يعيبه انه بسيط جداً جداً لكن بالإمكان إضافة اطباق جانبية بتكلفة إضافية. ملاحظة: الصور للغرفة الستاندرد وليست الاقتصادية The hotel's location is excellent in the Karakoy area, close to the tram station. Nearby is the Köşkeroğlu baklava shop. The hotel entrance is small, but various sessions are available in the lobby and a bathroom, and there is also a room designated for storing bags. Towels and toiletries such as shampoo and accessories are available in the rooms. There is also a water kettle, tea and coffee, and a minibar refrigerator The hotel's drawback is that the rooms, especially the economy ones, are small, as it is difficult to find room for a suitcase. The air conditioner was not of the required quality, but I did not need it in mid-May, as the temperature in Istanbul was *15, but in the summer it will be necessary. Breakfast is on the ninth floor with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The downside is that it is very simple, but side dishes can be added at an additional cost. Расположение отеля удобное: рядом остановка трамвая Т1, метро в пешей доступности. Но сами номера «уставшие». Завтраки скудные и однообразные, но панорамный вид из ресторана прекрасный

Top Lage. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Ausstattung könnte moderner sein. Schöne Aussicht vom Rooftop (Frühstücksbereich). Im Großen & Ganzen war das Preisleistungsverhältnis gut. Der Gestank im Bad sowie in der Lobby war seit Tag 1 da & war echt kaum auszuhalten.

怎麼説呢 這房間的設施一言難盡 馬桶晃晃悠悠 小的鏡面燈一動就掉 整個房間大約有五平米？ 雖然是旅遊不是很注重房間質量 但這也有點太低劣了

Отель очень стильный , расположен в пешей доступности до всех достопримечательностей У меня в номере был очень плохой сигнал wi-fi , хотя жил на 4 ом этаже Уборка каждый день, пока идёшь на завтрак, кстати завтраки не в самом отеле , нужно выйти и пройти пару шагов до кафе с одноименном названии , завтрак хороший и разнообразный
