It was one of the worst hotels that I stayed in. Our room was like a boiler, and they didn't do anything about it as there was an issue with the window. The staff has not been honest with us. The only good thing was the price.

Neat and comfortable

Perfect area. In walking distance to the congress centre as well as Taxim Square. The rooms were very clean and all the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and ready to help us with whatever we needed! Breakfast was also very nice, freshly made and different. Would definitely highly recommend recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Nice room, very nice staff, yummy breakfast. Better take taxi if you carry heavy luggages, the . They helped me to call the taxi to airport in a reasonable price, avoided all the taxi scam. Appreciate it!

No soap and pantouflas from the third night Breakfast is not too good Sinon le reste est bien, les personnes a l’acceuil serviables, rapport qualité prix il est bien vu la période de l’année.

第一晚被酒店坑，重要提醒不要住在一樓標準房，很吵有異響，完全無法入睡，後經攜程協調換房並賠償房費，這點給攜程一個大大的讚許！👍用户如果遇到任何問題就找攜程賠付一般都會足額賠付房費的，充分保護了消費者利益。所以請大家支持攜程，出門旅行就用攜程🫶🤝👍

酒店隔音很差，樓上洗澡和旁邊洗澡都能聽得到。晚上房間裏有沒規律的響聲，找不到原因。最讓人感覺不好的地方是，酒店安排的房間沒有窗户，提出更換，酒店堅決不同意，第一次碰到這樣的酒店

房間還算乾淨，但是號稱26平方的房間，目測16平方都不到，26寸行李箱都沒有空間打開，上面寫26平方良心不會痛嗎？

整體來講算幾好既!酒店服務員都好好禮貌非常熱情!早餐方面可以話係好豐富除左個主菜有得選其他配菜都差唔多唔係自助餐形式!

房間沒有攜程介紹的那麼大面積，説是26平，兩個人在通道上走路都要相互讓一下，床也很小，1米左右，第一天入住牆上還有蟲子

4й раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Отличное месторасположение, ребята на ресепшене русскоговорящие, всегда улыбчивые и приветливые! Чисто, уютно, отличный завтрак, меню по выбору. Обязательно ещё вернёмся!
