從辦理入住的歡迎儀式，到進入房間看到的海景，都非常驚艷。酒店處處都是美景，非常值得打卡的酒店！總經理也出來welcome，服務到位，低調的奢華 可惜意大利餐廳沒開，體驗了SPA，但覺得性價比不高

沒來得及去酒店花園看，剛好聖誕期間酒店裡的餐廳基本都不太營業，有點影響體驗。。。但房間還是沒得挑的

淋浴間地漏壞了，臨睡前洗澡水淹到外面，鞋子衣物都濕了，打電話告訴酒店，酒店沒有給出合理的解決方案，全程沒有道歉，沒有解釋。衹是讓維修工來修，讓服務員來搞衞生，半夜進進出出，一點不顧及客户感受。我們提出換一間，也是磨磨蹭蹭，最後給了一個加床房，我花了4500睡了一張很小的加床，而且房間隔音很差，外面馬路上汽車聲很大，服務生不會主動拿行李，一點都對不起這個價格，整體感受非常差，避雷避雷

Otel odası güzel olmakla beraber tanıtım fotoğraflarından farklıydı. Örneğin fotoğraflarda küvet var gözüküyordu ancak bildiğin duşakabin sistemi alelade bir duşla karşılaştık. Banyoda sıcak suyla ilgili randıman zayıf. Fiyat kalite endeksiyle kıyaslarsak oda fiyatı oldukça pahalı. Scalini restaurant yemek/kalite/fiyat endeksi açısından başarılı…

Six Senses Istanbul – Pure Magic! This place was something special! The location alone is breathtaking, with views that make you want to stay forever. It was super cold when we visited, but that only made it more magical—we sat in an igloo, enjoyed organic shisha, and had some seriously delicious food. And to top it all off, it was raining, which made the whole experience even prettier. One of the most memorable spots in Istanbul for sure!

First and foremost the service. Especially Mr Doghan (at the Chef Erdal Restaurant) was so caring and delicate, dedicated and kind with our family. He deserves to be a manager at the hotel. Its thanks to people like him that one wants to go back to the hotel or a restaurant. We also loved the pool on top of the premises. It makes you feel special and refreshed. Thanks everyone for making our holiday feel like real magic.

This resort is one of a kind hidden gem. Exceptional spa and views. Service was immaculate and we cant thank 'Nil' from guest services was so helpful. She made the massage and dinner experiences booking. It was a wonderful stay. Definitely shall go back to this hidden gem.

I like here, Six senses in Istanbul actually did an experience more than expected, I enjoy here and will be back next time. I fully agrees the concept of Six senses which are sustainable and environmental friendly. Also I strongly recommend you a spa here which also impressed me a lot.

Amazing place - so elegant, luxurious and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful - especially Dogan at breakfast, a true gem. He remembered all our orders and drinks from one day to the next and was so attentive and friendly. The spa was wonderful too, with an incredible view and a large, beautiful pool. The hotel is quite far from the tourist attractions but the plus point is that as a result it has spacious grounds and a relaxed vibe. We recommend the boat ride to see the main tourist area, it takes a while but you get an incredible view of the Bosphorus and city. Many thanks!

we enjoyed staying at the resort: beautiful landscape, i loved the infinity pool blending with the Bosphorus, rooms were spacious. our favorite restaurant was Toro - very tasty food, interesting flavors, beautiful presentation! Nice cocktails!!! i had read about outstanding breakfast at the resort - all true, great selection, delicious. thank you, Valeria, for your awesome service!

We stayed at this hotel from 22 September to 25 September 2024 (I have evidence we checked out on 25 September). It would appear the occupants of our room - room 220 - after we departed have charged all of their £875.56 worth of spa, meals and drinks to my credit card and we have been left with the bill. This is being disputed via our credit card company and following their intervention we have the name of the occupant of room 220 and their passport number - provided to our credit card company by the hotel There appears to be massive data protection issues here - how has another guest been allowed to charge their purchases to my credit card and I doubt very much I should have been given their name and passport number. These transactions were made after I had departed the hotel. Be very very vigilant when staying here. Keep all paperwork and just be on your guard and be careful to keep all receipts
