It was normal. I mean not good not bad.

Loved the service! Hotel receptionist Suliman was very nice and helpful, he helped us get a taxi and helped us a lot with our luggage as well. Overall great experience.

Location is next to Takism square which makes it ideal. Breakfast is not ideal and won’t recommend anyone to get breakfast. The staff is nice and friendly. Be aware about the night club next to the hotel. They buzz loud music whole night long.

Room was very congested with no windows.

غير نظيف يقطع الماء عن الغرفه وهو عباره عن نجمتين فقط ولا يوجد بهي لوبي للطعام نظيف وللاسف الغرفه صغيره جده والصوره بالموقع غير الواقع رائحه كريهة داخل الغرفه جدا

This is definately a 1 star hotel NO AMENTIES. NO MINIFRIDGE. NO MINIBAR. NO TOOTHBRUSH NO KLINEX. BREAKFAST IS LITTLE, NOT HYGENIC, SICKENING. Noisy. THERE ARE ANTS ON THE BED AND DIRTY BED SHEETS. THEY DID NOT CHANGE OUR ROOMS WHEN WE ASKED! VERY BAD.

Nice boutique hotel, with great location in the famous and vibrant istiklal st, surrounded by all shopping, restaurants and clubs. Short distance to taksim square with easy access to public transport. The staff are very friendly Great value for the well priced accomodation.

The rooms are clean the front desk Staff such as Sulaiman, Rezza, Sedat are helpful they're happy to attend my queries and connect my tour guides as l doesn't speak Turkish language. Sulaiman even show me around the vicinity took pictures for me on my arrival thanks. Hasta La Vista 🇹🇷

I am Awatef from Tunisia. The hotel has nothing to do with a four-star hotel. One of its stuff is arrogant and impolite. On the day of our departure from Istambul, our flight was delayed from 12 to 22 so I thought our stay in the hotel is extended and I was not informed that I should quit the room at 12. The receptionist was angry and he treated us as if we were children. The restaurant is good however

A very friendly atmosphere clients are very close, great staff, always available to help and offer the need of the visitors. A great place with nice terrace to enjoy at night with shisha and traditional Lebanese coffee. Thank you Mehdi, Wissam, Sleiman for making this vacation unforgettable.

The hotel is a disaster, the rooms are dirty and very small. too much noise and no ventilation. His style is very old. Finally, the breakfast is disgusting. The hotel manager is impolite and very arrogant. I strongly advise against this hotel.

Super nice hotel, great location in the middle of istiklal street. But the most important and satisfying part is the staff : they have the nicest , the most helpful guys you can wver meet . Mehdi, sulayman and wissam , you made our stay super fun and super easy with all ur helpful tips.
