I booked three nights in Konak Bella 3. I booked it through "Booking" webpage. They put that they speak English and that they have 24h reception. It's all a COMPLETE LIE. They don't speak English so it was so difficult to comunicate with them, they didn't even try to use Google translator. Also, they told me LAST MINUTE that it was impossible to do the check in after 22h, although they said it was 24h reception. So I arrive at 24h at the airport and I found that I had NO PLACE TO GO. Since this moment, they stop answering my messages at all. I never had any more word from them, although I had two more nights booked and paid. They were COMPLETELY RUDE in the communications we had before and stopping the communication it was HUMILIATING and DESPICABLE. I asked a Turkish man from the hotel were we went that first night, to call them and try to communicate, and he told me that they were also so rude with him and that they told him that we were not expected at the hotel for the other two nights, as we didn't do the check in the first one. It has been the WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had in a hotel. RUDE people and THIEFS. They kept my 135€ and leave us in the street, and never answer my messages. After that, we tried to comunicate with them to have a refund, and they never answer. DON'T GO THERE. I never write bad reviews, but this one is needed. Again, never go to Konak Bella. Turkish hotels and people are so kind and helpful, but Konak Bella is the worst example.
