Konak Bella 3

Die Lage ist gut , man erreicht in 500-600 m Marmaray/ Metro Yenikapi und ist sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war ganz ok für 2 Personen . Mein größtes Problem war aber warmes Wasser , leider musste man 10-15 Minuten erst warten bis das Wasser warm wurde und dann ist das Wasser aber zwischen durch abgebrochen. Wir haben dem „Hausmeister“ das Problem geschildert doch er meinte nur „ach einfach länger laufen lassen“. Ansonsten war alles ok.

Temiz , konum olarak iyi sayılır. Ama müşterilere ilgi eksik.

I booked three nights in Konak Bella 3. I booked it through "Booking" webpage. They put that they speak English and that they have 24h reception. It's all a COMPLETE LIE. They don't speak English so it was so difficult to comunicate with them, they didn't even try to use Google translator. Also, they told me LAST MINUTE that it was impossible to do the check in after 22h, although they said it was 24h reception. So I arrive at 24h at the airport and I found that I had NO PLACE TO GO. Since this moment, they stop answering my messages at all. I never had any more word from them, although I had two more nights booked and paid. They were COMPLETELY RUDE in the communications we had before and stopping the communication it was HUMILIATING and DESPICABLE. I asked a Turkish man from the hotel were we went that first night, to call them and try to communicate, and he told me that they were also so rude with him and that they told him that we were not expected at the hotel for the other two nights, as we didn't do the check in the first one. It has been the WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had in a hotel. RUDE people and THIEFS. They kept my 135€ and leave us in the street, and never answer my messages. After that, we tried to comunicate with them to have a refund, and they never answer. DON'T GO THERE. I never write bad reviews, but this one is needed. Again, never go to Konak Bella. Turkish hotels and people are so kind and helpful, but Konak Bella is the worst example.

One of the worst experiences ever . First of all i booked through booking and the hotel had really good reviews 8.3 which is very good . And they had this cancellation fees and i had to pay full price which was okay with me . But when i arrived the total opposite happened . The area is not safe at all to stay in the lady at the reception doesn’t talk or understand English. They refused to return even half of the money and they took it all. They are thieves and not honest. I dont recommend this hotel and i will not leave my rights to get my money back. I will complain everywhere. Dont stay there its a scammmm , and they are thieves . Not even 1 person can contact or even to talk with they leave the lady who doesn’t speak english
