I had a nice experience, the rooms are small but cozy and clean, the bathroom is clean. The cleaning service overall is good and the beds are really comfy. They do charge for extra stuff but the prices weren't that crazy and it can get a little loud in the morning due to its location. But overall the place was really clean, safe and comfy and the location was really good, everything we needed was nearby and the neighborhood is lovely.

The Management was not professional and they don't care about customer service. Reception staff was rude but housekeeping staff is good and professional. The momager was also not good. The rooms are average its a basic hotel you can't say its luxury.

The hotel deserves no more than one star, the rooms are old and uncomfortable, the extra bed is not suitable for sleep, there is no water heater jug inside the rooms, breakfast is very bad and the treatment of staff is not professional. I never recommend it. Im staying in Room No. 113

The location of the hotel is fantastic, the tramway is minutes away, there’re shops all around especially wholesale shops, you can also go to the grand bazaar which is also near. The rooms are small, the lighting is very dim, the wifi is slow but the room service is good. The breakfast is simple and nothing fancy. But the hotel is overall clean.

Otel tarihi bir muze gibi. Otelde ekipmanlar cok eski ve kirli. Personel hic sikilmadan, utanmadan WI-FI`nin olmadigini soyledi. Mobil internetim olmazsa internetsiz kalacaktim. Restaurantta lekeli yemek masasi örtüleri vardi. Banyoda kullanilan losyonlar yogurta benziyordu. Kettle`in kapagi kirik cunku cok eski. Otelin acilen renovasyona girmesi lazim. Lutfen WI-FI guclendirilsin. Restaurantta bile baglanamadim. Personel laubali. Herkes herkese abi diyor. Cay 28 TL. Kahvalti disinda ne yiyip icerseniz kendinizi kaziklanmis hissedersiniz. Guzelim Istanbul`da, 5 yildiz kategorisindeki bir tesiste WI-FI olmadan gunler gecirmek gercekten uzucuydu. *Ilginc bir fotograf ekledim. Utunun hali bu.
