Don’t believe the photos. The place itself is not even similar to them. Upon check in, they put us in a basement small room claiming this is a suite!! After complaining they said this is the suite for the paid price. This is totally a lie as there is nothing mentioning the suite is in the basement. They said if we are to change the suite floor, we have to pay extra money!! We complained again and they moved us at last the day after. Cleaning is not good. Even there was remains of previous use of cups. They didn’t bother to clean them properly. Only stay here if you only need a bed to sleep and also if you are traveling alone. And don’t expect much.

Bizim kaldığımız oda ve yatak açıkçası küçüktü ancak konforu güzeldi. Taksim'in genel sorunu otopark o yüzden otopark ile ilgili yorum yapmak hatalı olur. Karşısında ücretli özel otopark mevcut saçma bir fiyatlama politikası olsa da ancak 500 mt ilerde ispark otoparkı var orayı da kullanabilirsiniz. Personel vs çok ilgili, çözümcül. Taksimin tam göbeğinde her yere çok yakın.

Остались очень довольны отелем. Бронировали люкс с террасой Lyra. Просторно, уютно, чисто, большой балкон, но будьте готовы подниматься по лестнице на 5 этаж. Другие категории номеров находятся ниже. Рядом улица Истикляль, метро Таксим, фуникулер до порта Кабаташ. Дорога на метро до нового аэропорта 1,20.

Район живет насыщенной ночной жизнью, поэтому и не надейтесь выспаться. Номер очень маленький для двоих, для одного маленького человека без большого багажа вполне сойдет. Довольна т.к мои требования не были слишком завышены.

Last minute booking for this hotel makes us getting the room behind the front desk. It was annoying and noisy as the receptionists was chatting and listening to music. The next day we wakes up early to go for quick breakfast before checking out. We went back at 11 am surprisingly founding our bags out of the room and the cleaner was inside enjoying throwing some of our staff on the floor so she can finish her duty. We asked the receptionist about the reason of taking our luggage out without permission and before the check out timing ⏱ he was claiming that he needs to prepare the room for next customers as if we get the room for free or we are a beggars not customers as well 😠 We were complaining how did he dare to do it without taking permission and his answer was i know you arab people 😡
