However, we’d like to point out that our property currently holds a 4.3 out of 5 rating, based on hundreds of real guest reviews.Any damaged or worn areas in our hotel are already under renovation, but as our building is officially recognized as a historical structure, any upgrades must be done carefully and with special permits — which sometimes takes longer than usual.As for your rating, we honestly find it quite unfair considering the feedback we receive from the majority of our guests. We always strive to offer the best experience possible at budget-friendly prices.We truly hope you find a hotel that offers you a 5-star experience at this price — though we’re quite sure such a place is very hard to come by.Kind regards,Wabi HostelsTeam
