Чистий та охайний номер але сервіс залишив не дуже враження приїхавши з чоловіком та дитиною ми не отримали відразу до номеру третій набір рушників та постіль щоб зробити спальне місце для дитини ( бронювала з урахуванням того що з нами дитина відразу ) піднявшись до номера відразу коли пройшли задуха неймовірна в номері але кондиціонер справився з цим десь через пів години та в загальному персонал привітний чемний та намагався надати максимум після прохання на праву до них 😊

Stayed here because of Clinichub (mistake #1, stay away from them too) and was booked 2 months prior to my stay. Upon arrival, I am told that there are no rooms available for me, unless I wanted a smoking room. Why in the world would I want a disgusting smoking room when the front desk is fully aware that I am there for a procedure??? So my husband and I had to pay for an upgrade even though that is supposed to be the responsibility of the hotel. It was obvious they were just trying to be greedy and take advantages of tourists because I spoke to other patients who were there for surgery and they experienced the same situation with being overcharged. The hotel and hallways smelled so bad like a toxic, overpowering fragrance trying to cover up the cigarette smell. From 1am-4am, staff was so loud on the 15th and having a normal conversation as if it was 2pm. The rooms are super average looking. Don't use the little washer/dryer, it will leave your clothes soaking wet. During the day, the small rooms would get so hot, we would start sweating, but the AC didn't work properly and the front desk didn't really care to help us out. At one point, our keycards didn't work, my husband had to go down 3 times, and once again, the front desk wasn't too interested in helping out. The comforter inside the duvet cover was just foul looking and hasn't been washed since the Ottoman Empire. Never had allergies or congestion issues a day in my life, but I left this hotel with so much congestion because of all the dust floating around in the rooms. I left my headphone case on the table for 1 day and a half - the case was covered with a layer of dust. Room service meals are pretty mediocre, small and you get overcharged on top of it. Defiantly a ripoff. One morning at breakfast, the coffee being served had a gnat in it and staff didn't even bother throwing out the pot of coffee. I saw them put it back for that same coffee to be served to other guests. Towards the end of our stay at the hotel, another time at breakfast while my husband and I were eating, a staff member offered to write a review for us about the hotel, which I of course denied. So that leads me to believe that a lot of the 5-star reviews are fake. For the most part, hospitality, warmth, manners and interpersonal skills don't exist here, or just about anywhere you go in Turkey. I'd never visit the county again.

Amazing service the guy that cleaned our room was always so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and we were checked up on constantly. Okay, Taha, and Furkan always greeted us with a smile and answered any questions we had. I believe Narendra cleaned our room he was the best. Always made sure we had everything we needed and greeted us each morning.

I had an extraordinary experience at this hotel. I have nothing but words of praise. The hotel is very nice and clean, as are the rooms. The breakfast is delicious. The staff came to meet me as many times as needed. I recommend from the bottom of my heart.

I recently stayed at the Burgu Arjaan by Rotana hotel in Turkey, and I had an amazing experience thanks to a very sweet girl named Dilek who cleaned our room. Everything was done with the best quality and very quickly. She was also incredibly kind and very helpful with everything, truly making our day. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and wonderful staff.

Review: The highlight of my day was the exceptional customer service from Neval at the front desk. Not only was she incredibly sweet, but she went above and beyond by generously giving me her own MetroCard to help me explore the city. This thoughtful gesture was a true reflection of Turkish hospitality. The staff here are what truly make this hotel special. Feedback: • Room Temperature: As mentioned in my previous review, the hotel is uncomfortably hot, and I’m not alone in this concern. Many guests have raised similar complaints. There should be an option to turn off the room vent to allow for a more comfortable stay. • Food: While the quality is decent, the pricing is significantly high, even by Turkish standards. A more reasonable pricing structure would enhance the dining experience. • Wi-Fi: In a five-star hotel, high-speed Wi-Fi should be a standard inclusion, not an additional cost. Charging guests extra for faster internet is unacceptable in this day and age. • Refurbishment: The rooms could benefit from an upgrade, as some appliances and furnishings feel outdated. A refurbishment would elevate the overall guest experience. While the service is outstanding, addressing these areas would make the hotel truly worthy of its five-star rating.

Beautiful facilities with lots of lovely places to chill out including a gorgeous pool. The room was perfect, bathroom and kitchenette facilities had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the stunning view from our room on the thirteenth floor. Great food and service in all the restaurants including room service with a delicious buffet breakfast. The main reason we will be returning to Burgu Arjaan are the staff. All the members we engaged with were very efficient, kind and friendly. Naz from the front desk helped me with my terrible experience with a taxi driver who tried to scam me with loads of detours to ramp up his tariff. Naz dealt with the very rude taxi driver and then put me in a different taxi with a driver they could trust. It is not often you get such kind support from staff the way Naz assisted me. Much appreciated! The hotel is on the Asian side of Istanbul in Maltepe district, two minutes from the Metro station. The public transport is excellent. Clean facilities and thankfully is all air conditioned. There are lovely local cafes two minutes from the hotel with many grocery stores too. Looking forward to our next stay at Burgu Arjaan.
