Old hotel , need renew , very small room , normal clean can see dirt , also washroom door broken , but very good location ,Turkish breakfast very famous but hotel very normal breakfast , furniture very old and uncontainable bed , outdoor swimming pool good , indoor swimming pool not good , lobby is very crowd and missy and old . Again I tell location very very good I like it .

Do not stay here. We arrived at night and the person at reception to check-in was extemely rude and unprofessional. Initially he said the card machine wasn't working and wanted us to pay cash and to convert it at the currency exchange opposite the hotel (ofcourse so he gets commission for that). We rejected to do that and clearly said only card. He then said let me check and told me a different amount compared to our booking confirmation. He kept arguing. Having then requested to pay (at this time we needed the rooms regardless). He told me to go to the back office to pay by card. So your machine is working now? They did not honour the price confirmed on the booking via trip.com. despite showing our confirmation email and via the app he threw my card back at me and told us to call trip.com. Sure I'm going to call at 11pm with 2 elderly people needing to rest. The priority was to get the rooms. After all that he took payment and walked off without saying thank you or confirming the payment. When I asked all done? He turned around with a horrible look and said yes rudely. What an absolute rude member of staff. Once we go to the room(s): - They are much smaller than pictured. - towels faded away and turned yellow - non working fridge - room smelt of smoke Breakfast was very basic that even the lots of options didn't make it good. The cakes and pastries stale. It's better to get breakfast out from the hotel. Nothing about the breakfast was even worth having. Not the mention the concierge person suddenly bombarding you with tour information and leaflets at 11pm without having checked in yet. Severe upselling tactics.

The Hotle is amazing good locations every thing you can get around bus and train 1 minute walk nice breakfast staff very friendly specially staff called Mohamed very helpful clean and very peaceful

they give us room late. make us wait long. the hotel rated 5 starts. actually 3 stars max. staff not friendly specially the check in guys. very old hotel. window broken. room ground dirty. room accessories no have any, we are three wth my parents. i booked 3 people good room they say no have. them they give us room for special people so terrible. no recommend at all

Service is terrible, basically non existent. Booked an upgraded room and was given a smaller room and went confronted the desk they said “yeah we don’t have enough upgraded rooms so you can wait till someone leaves to get the room. ” So I paid for a room I didn’t get with no apology or offer for refund or anything. The rooms are VERYYYY small. I went with my wife and child and there was no space to walk, no space for luggage to be open, we had to walk sideways passed the bed, ridiculous. Front desk with ignore your calls and when they do eventually pick up, ignore everything you said and carry on with their day. Seen myself and my wife carrying our child and all the luggage and didn’t offer to help as the one person working was busy on the computer when no other guests were even at the desk. Breakfast is basically a selection of nothing. But the pool was warm so 1 point for that.

First night was horrible until our room was changed infact the only two things good about the hotel was the spa and the prompt & moderate fares of the taxi they organised for us back to the airport.

Terrible experience, unacceptable service! I booked a double room with outdoor bathtub and city view, but got a room with a bathtub in the bathroom, plus a window facing the corridor! (actually I cannot see this room type on my booking platform). No city view at all. The room was noisy. I could hear other guests talking and knocking their door in the corridor. The bathtub was leaking, leaving a pool of water in the bathroom after every shower. I called the reception for a room change, they acknowledged something wrong with the system but claimed all rooms were full. The staff promised a room change the next morning after breakfast. At around 9 the next morning, I went to the reception, but all staff were not aware of my request, just told me rooms were full. A lady staff said the manager was not there until 2pm, and promised to tell the manager about my request. When I returned in the evening, the staff (another shift) knew nothing about my request. The supervisor even said the manager had already left as he worked 9 to 5, and again told me rooms were full. All of them are liars trying to shirk their responsibilities.

Bad service. Diverse breakfast options. Bad hygiene. OK location near metro but you will find yourself using tram more which is quite far from the hotel. I had a door connecting to other room so all the noises anooyed me.

this hotel needs repairing every room the offer you is broken staff is ok but hotel is not good to offer anything its not really value for money as you can get a better hottel round the corner for half price never stay there again.

Also wir haben jetzt 3 Tage da übernachtet Und sind um Entschluss gekommen das es nicht mehr wie 4 Sterne verdient hat besser 3 Hatten ein Duplex Suite Untergeschoss Fenster mit Gitter Blick auf die Treppen bis nachts 2 Uhr laut direkt über uns war eine Bar Zimmer extrem klein kein Platz für Koffer kein Platz um gemütlich was zu essen Badezimmer war okay und jackuzi war etwas defekt Licht funktionierte nicht und ein paar duzen waren verstopft o.ä Das einzig gute war ein großer TV für TV Liebhaber Frühstück war okay aber immer das gleiche 3 Tage lang war jetzt nicht der Knaller aber auch nicht schlecht Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren im großen Und ganzen lieb nett und freundlich hilfsbereit Die Lage war gut direkt am metro ca 300m weiter S Bahn Essen und Trinken gibt's um den Hotel genügend Am ersten Tag wurde unser Zimmer gereinigt danach wurden nur die Betten gemacht Also für 5 Sterne war es definitiv zu wenig Ich würde sagen es war ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel

Hotel agradável, pequeno almoço com muito pouca variedade.

Hôtel très propre! Tout proche de la station de métro Vezneciler ligne M2 pour se rendre à Taksim par exemple c'est excellent. Pour le tram ligne T1, il faut marcher environ 350m pour arriver à la station Laleli - Üniversite
