We arrived at the hotel early morning to leave our bags. Walked around Istanbul and waited for the check-in time but by 13:00 were too tired to wait any longer. Back at the hotel, we were told to wait until 14:00 as it was the check-in time. We eventually had to wait until 14:20 and we're given a room on the ground floor. After asking for a better room we were told it was not possible... Even though the reason for the late check in was that many rooms were emptied on that day and needed cleaning. We purchased a dinner cruise suggested by the front desk guy and it was a horrible experience. Waited for the pick up for 40 minutes, encountered very unfriendly staff, and the dinner itself was scanty. The moon and the Bosphorus were great though. The staff at the hotel could not care less when we gave them feedback on the experience. Positive points about this hotel are the location and the breakfast.

酒店很乾凈，事業很開闊，居住環境優雅有趣，讓人難以忘懷，店主突尼斯人，服務周到，早餐位於頂層，可以俯瞰海灣

很細心，靠近海邊，海風比較大。有時間，可以遊覽周圍的街道，品嚐美食。

整體還可以，位置很好，剛到酒店服務員找不到房門鑰匙

We had an excellent stay! The staff was so helpful and we loved talking to them! They arranged our airport shuttle and had fantastic recommendations for restaurants! Highly recommend. Plus the location and views were awesome. The rooftop was a great place to have breakfast too

Stayed in the Seahouse suites in october 2021. In the bathroom the toilet brush holder was missing its handle. The heated towel rail was not functioning, which prevented towels from drying out and created problems with dampness and damp smell. In the bedroom the lamp was smashed and the bulb not functioning in the main light. Additionally, one of the lights above the bed was broken and dangling from it`s wire. The breakfast`s quality is poor ... The location is the only benefit.

Rezerwacja zrobiona przez booking .Opłacona w całości. O godz 0 :30 ostatnia noc przed wylotem pan zadzwonił na whatsapp poinformować że odwołał nasz pobyt ..Nie polecam wręcz ostrzegam.Wlasciciel nie poczuwał się że zrobił coś złego. Booking już wycofał hotel z oferty
