Cool hotel, good location, excellent amenities and friendly staff, but the breakfast buffet needs improvement and better quality.

Great hotel! Had a fun time! We enjoyed the sauna and the breakfast too!

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Turkey . Was very very disappointed in there service and the attitude of the staff . Rooms are smalls , was given a bad room to start with , holes in the wall , crooked light fixtures , leaky taps in toilet and worst of all mould in the shower . The staff were so rude too . But that’s not even the worst part . I have never had worst breakfast in a hotel ever . It was just bad. Cold , bland , soggy and not fresh . And such less variety . I wish there was a way to give less then one star rating to this hotel, I would gladly give it …

We really had an amazing experience staying here and with the tram stop within walking distance it was so easy to travel around the city. We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant food was on point and the shisha was really good. Spa facilities was ace! After a long day exploring the city it was good to relax and the spa is open till 10pm. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is very good, a bit worn, bed is very small, I booked and paid for two people, but I ended up travelling alone, I was given a bed for one person!! Breakfast is excellent Staff are friendly

Very bad reception staff and they do not respect the traveler, neither at reception nor at departure, when they call you in the room for departure time , they speak in the form of an order, and most importantly when the call ends, they hang up without a word.

Excellent service and hospitality through out stay. Thank you very much for making a trip a happy one and successful
