Достаточно хороший отель. Местоположение отличное. Все достопримечательности рядом. Трамвай Т1 в пару шагах. Удобный транспорт. Рядом находились недорогие кафешки. Понравилось! Советую...

在土耳其的最後一晚回到伊斯坦堡，老城找了這個酒店住下，因為第二天早起趕飛機回國所以訂的時候選擇了這個相對便宜的酒店。不足之處是顯而易見的，我選的“高級雙人房”在負一樓，非常非常窄，跟圖片裏不符，床邊甚至衹能側着身才能擠過去。整個房間的東西都非常老舊❗️潮濕❗️有一股奇怪的味道❗️床笠甚至破了個洞❗️請在看這條評價的遊客們相信其他人的差評。😅 但如果你是嚴格控制預算的旅客，選擇這裏也ok因為位置真的很不錯，走兩步就是老城區所有熱門景點。😊但請做好不會有什麼服務的準備，我在土耳其3個城市住了4家酒店，這是唯一一家甚至不會幫你把行李拿到房間的……😐 沒有房間裏的照片因為真的很不喜歡，請看其他用户發的照片🙁

非常失望。除了距離景點之外近這一個優點，沒有任何有點。環境很差，不乾淨，床單不乾淨，沒有被子，不提供，衹有一個薄單子。洗手枱漏水，地面很滑，容易摔倒。房間潮濕。

I wasn't given the room I payed for in advance They didn't let me enter the room before it was cleaned but problem was the lady didn't clean the room until 13pm She was sitting in lobby doing nothing until 12.30pm They dont care about customers.

Dangerous When you complain on more than one occasion about the electricity socket sparking and unsafe Which leaves you with having to boil kettle in bathroom Definitely class as Dangerous and unsafe Although staff were very friendly and location was perfect for a tourist I wouldn't return to this hotel Internet connection was terrible for entire week that we stayed I had to keep going to breakfast room and found one seat that gave a signal Breakfast OK nothing special Toaster needs updating All in all friendly staff perfect location but wouldn't return

We stayed at this hotel three nights during our city break in Istanbul. The location is excellent, as the hotel is situated in the hard of the city, near to every touristic point. Great value for money, especially that the parking is across the street (and is this city you really need a safe parking place). Staff is polite and very friendly, rooms are clean but not very big but are ok if you are planning to spend to much time in it. Breakfast is satisfactory, reflected in the price – as I mentioned this is great value for money. I will consider to stay at this hotel again at my next stay in Istanbul Enjoy,

Nice room, clean, comfortable, good breakfast. One of the places with a better breakfast selection compared to many others. Quite a nice hotel The reception staff was not the politest we have come across

We spent 8 nights at the Miran Hotel. Checking In & Out was a breeze. The staff were pleasant. Breakfast was enjoyable, filled us for most of the morning. We had hassles with the airport transfer on the day we checked out and the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. Were it not for them I might have had an anxiety attack trying to sort the transfer. The hotel is situated perfectly to get around in any direction!

I asked for reservation for room with 2 single beds and chose smoking unit/room. Payed in advance as were the terms of reservation. They didn't give me the smoking unit/room and acted like it was my fault I didn't get room for smokers. I asked for room cleaning and of course didn't get one. They lie when offer rooms just to take money but then don't respect their part of the deal. They just lie!!!

Arrived here at 2am after a long day travelling and was told my booking was cancelled for no reason by Omar the receptionist. He was so defensive when I walked in as if he was ready and waiting for us to arrive to turn us away. Gave no solution and couldn’t explain why it was cancelled. Stopped giving eye contact at some point not to deal with us. My husband is disabled and he could clearly see that but still showed us no solution or help in the middle of the night in a country we were not familiar with. They had cancelled our room to give to someone else at a better rate even though I booked it months in advance and even made special requests for my husbands disability. No regard what so ever for the guests and no humanity or decency to help us find something else. Do not take the risk of booking this hotel!!
