Good breakfast..service was good

The hotel was recently renovated, everything is very fresh and new! The cleaning is perfect, the breakfast is excellent. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Awful wifi signal, no signal in a breakfast place. Rusty things. Bad chemical smell, plus people were clearly smoking inside. On plus side, air conditioning and relatively well-priced and clean. The location is nice.

Recommend. Whatever you ask they will help. And friendly also. Whatever issue just call reception, they will help you out.

Hotel is ok. Geen wauw hotel, kamers zijn best klein terwijl ik een 21m kamer had gereserveerd. Kamer was misschien net 15m. De schoonmaak is alleen handdoeken verwisselen en je bed verschonen dus er wordt niet echt goed schoongemaakt. Ontbijt is heel beperkt niks bijzonders. Afstand naar Taksim is ongv 7 min lopen. Wat wel leuk is dat er genoeg coffee tentjes in de buurt zijn en 2 supermarkten. Hier en daar wat eet tentjes. In de straten wonen er veel kunstenaars en zangers.

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were not only spotless but beautifully designed as well. The WiFi worked perfectly throughout my stay, which was a huge plus. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, and the hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect - everything was easily accessible. I wouldn't hesitate to return anytime, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a fantastic experience.

You will get no sleep here! There is a horrible club at the top level that plays extremely loud music all night that you will hear in every single room of the hotel. What were they thinking leasing their penthouse to a club? They do not care about your comfort in any way.

Very nice stay - we come back. hotel must have been renovated in the past 2 years We had a room (Deluxe with sea view) on the 6th floor for 4 nights room was super nice, spacious, clean - shower head did not work properly, but handshower did view: was okay, but not as great as expected. you can save money by not booking sea view, you get the best view at breakfast on the rooftop staff: polite, helpful location: just great - close to taxim square, T1 tram line in 5 min which takes you to Agya Sofia area.

They renew the hotel 2 months ago so everything is fresh. The location is the best, you can't ask a better one! The deluxe room is big and very comfortable with a nice view of the city. Selchuk from the reception is friendly and helpful. Cleaning can be better, I'm a bit disappointed from the cleaning. Breakfast is basic and really bad. Skip it, you have wonderful coffee shops and restaurants outside the hotel.

I fell for the photos advertised online and on *********** and ended up booking this hotel for our Istanbul trip. Well, I really don't know where to start - apart than the location and the friendliness of the breakfast staff, I cannot mention anything positive regarding our stay. Contrary to the highly-polished and strongly-edited photos on ***********, the room was unbearable and the hygiene was obviously not a top priority. I found a clipped nail under our drawer (marked in red in photo attached), long hair everywhere and God knows what else was hidden that I (luckily) did not get to see. The walls in the bathroom were full of mold, the towels had holes in them, bathroom floor had a black spot (photo attached) and I had never seen such a dirty hotel in my entire life. On a positive note, the personnel on the breakfast floor were always smiling, attentive and friendly during breakfast time. However, I find it absolutely shameless to advertise such highly-polished photos online whereas the hotel is full of dirt and lacking hygiene. If you are planning to come to Istanbul, do not touch this hotel and spend your money on something else.

Staff are uninterested - room ok - turkish breakfast poor - interesting the Booking site where I made the reservation indicates I gave the Hotel a 10 & described it as outstanding whereas this did not come from me. Surrounding area very noisy. Other poor reviews of this Hotel are accurate. Observed other guests quarreling with reception staff.Stayed 3 nights & over 4 weeks stayed at 7 different Hotels throughout Turkey & this was the worst.

I landed in the night and by the time I reached the hotel, it was around 9:30 pm. To begin with, the hotel's location is not easily accessible to vehicles and even taxis refuse to go there due to getting stuck in traffic and lanes closing most of the time. When I got to the reception it seems the hotel was overbooked and I did not have any room, which makes no sense with a confirmed booking, the people at the reception were quick to offer me a service apartment a couple of buildings away and with no choice at that hour I had to take it. Frankly, that service apartment was massive compared to the room that I was shifted into the next day and maybe it would have been better to stay there than in this place. I found the front desk staff very cold about the whole overbooking thing (seemed like it was routine for them) even though they apologized it felt more by the way. The staff at the restaurant on the other hand were quite sweet. They even let me being breakfast a little earlier than they opened as I had an early pick-up for a tour on one of the days. While Taksim square is about a 10 min walk, I would not call that an easy walk as it involves a bit of a hill (up and down / stairs etc) so it's more like a trek back and forth. Even the tour operators each day would drop me off at Taksim square as reaching the hotel was not convenient in the evening so had to walk back on most days. The view from the restaurant is what's decent (though it is partial) and the street (up and down and adjacent) have a few bars which are where a lot of local people hang out in the evenings and is something nice to do. Overall, I would not recommend this property, I would suggest finding something closer to Taksim square or closer to the waterfront, at least that way you have a better view to the city. Ideally, live on the other side of the river cause then everything else becomes convenient.

One of the days of my residency in the hotel, one of the very polite men in reception showed me two pictures on his cellphone. it was a picture of a towel. He said it was in your room yesterday, and there is some make up on it. the other picture was another towel, and he said it's like it has burned by iron! and the make up doesn't clean when we wash it, so they have throw the towels away, and the manager told that you should pay 300 Turkish Lyra for them! I told them I don't have an iron with me, besides, you could tell me that we don't clean make up with it! besides it would be clean if you wash it! besides, the price of a second hand towel in Istanbul isn't 300 T.L. the man said he is so sorry of this, but the management has asked him to tell me this, so I payed! To me, the place that you stay there is like your home, when you travel. It's very bad when you think you are not safe at home. I was so happy of the hotel before this. good location, nice people in reception and restaurant. very helpful people. I was telling my other friends to choose this hotel for residency in Istanbul but after what happened there, I don't suggest this hotel, because of the management. even with it's nice breakfast, nice stuff, and good location.
