Location is not good. It’s not easy to locate it with the map , u need to ask the people. Cleanliness is acceptable. Don’t go with high expectations

Good hotel but location is not good

Расположение отеля хорошее, прям возле знаменитой башни, есть терраса с видом на старый Стамбул. Но, мебель старая как и ремонт, и две огромные проблемы, выбирал специально большую кровать, больная спина, в итоге две кровати вместе сдвинуты, матрасы разъезжаются, спать не возможно, и вторая проблема, очень сильно воняет из ванной комнаты канализацией, просто до тошноты, это было победить не возможно, там была включена вытяжка, открывал окна, всё равно, ужас.

Прекрасный отель рядом с Галатской башней. Персонал очень вежливый. Уборка каждый день , в номерах чисто. Есть лифт. Удобная кровать. Остались очень довольны!

Bier kostet über 7€. Das ist sehr schade. Ausblick gut! Zimmer soweit sauber

The worst experience ever, me and my wife arrived at dawn on Wednesday, March 29, the weather was cold and it was raining heavily, they gave us a room located two floors under the ground, very dirty and very cramped, there was no fresh air or a bathroom suitable for humans, the bed sheets was dirty and full of blood stains, and a lot of insects. I told them I wanted to change the room, they said I have to wait until tomorrow noon. We could not stay for more than an hour and we walked at dawn to another hotel, they deducted the value of the stay for four nights and did not accept to return anything, and when I told them that this was unfair and illegal, they canceled the reservation, it seems that the people who runs this hotel is a gang and not professional people in the field of tourism.

It's exactly what I'd expect from 2-3star hotel. Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Room very dated, needs complete refurbishment. However the price was right and it suited our needs for a one night stopover. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on the food.

Do NOT book this hotel. I booked 6 months previously to staying and I spoke confirming my booking 3 days prior to arriving and they had my number. I arrived to find they cancelled the day before. They claimed also they were full and the truth is the rate I agreed was far lower than they could get last minute. They are a DISGRACE and totally unhelpful.

The hotel is very near with Galata tower, around 100 -150 meter walking distance. So you will very happy with the situation around here, the coffee, the pathway, the bird. I stayed in one economy room, but I had a beautiful room with nice Turkish decoration, very comfortable bed and pillow, and good view too from floor -1. In lobby they offer free coffee/tea from the machine; and very good information to us about many things. When I arrived it was 1 AM, but frontliner very helpful, and fast responded to give me bottle of water to my room. The best thing is they have beautiful view in terrace on 5th floor , we can see the tower and the sea view. I didnt order an airport transport but i ask frontliner to order me regular taxi in very tight time, he helped me very much, and also show me the taxi. (Cons: some taxi can't come stratightly to the hotel)

We reserved the room in that hotel but we couldn’t stay here. When we came in it was the strong smell of sweat and cheap perfume all over the hotel. The manager checked us in the room which smelled like sewage and had black mold on the ceiling in the room and in the bathroom as well. We asked if there another room, it was but the smell was still bad. Furniture seemed to be old. The receptionist is nice. We’ve got full refund.
