It was great experience that histrical yet well renabated hotel located around very convenient new town Istanbul.You wll be surprised and enjoyed the bustle of the neighborhood.

I love the room decoration.

If u want everything near to takxim. U can stay here. However, this is a small motel.

Besides the noisy floor, that room is really cool. Most of economic rooms are the smallest rooms of those hotels. But this is not like that, room is big and cool. I like to stay here.

I have booked the hotel through an internet hotel reservation site. For me while I am in Istanbul, the hotel will be basically clean and it will have a reasonable price..I do not need and I cannot afford to stay at high standard hotels with higher prices. At Hotel New Pera I could find a good combination of reasonable price and acceptable standards. I paid 16 Euro per night for Thursday and Friday and some more per night for Saturday..By paying more you would perhaps get higher standards, but if budget is important for you, then New Pera is certainly to advise. One extra is that the hotel has a kitchen with utensils and refrigerator then you have to make tea/ coffee and small food.. Breakfast is ordered seperately for an extra price. You do not need to depend on the hotel for that because in the nearby area there are restaurants -cafes serving breakfast.. Finally , I must mention that the young man named EMIR at the reception was friendly and helpful. Therefore I should remind the hotel that a friendly and helpful receptionist like Emir is as important as the hotel standards. One disadvantage with this hotel may be loud music from the bars in the vicinity.

We found this boutique hotel everything we had hoped....cental location in lively, well-lit neighbourhood, friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast, spacious and comfortable room as well as wonderful, cozy bed linen. There was also a "kitchen corner"! We stayed 2 nights and would have loved to stay longer. Keep in mind, when you book, that being in the heart of the city includes an active nightlife. Music -especially bass - is often heard into the wee hours..even on weeknights. Bring earplugs and enjoy your stay at this great establishment.

Amazing place and amazing hosts. The only downside was the ridiculously small bathroom, but the the spacious room made up for it. The owner and his team were also extremely helpful and responsive to our needs/queries. Definitely would stay again.

這是我們第一次到土耳其伊斯坦堡，選New Pera Suites是因為它的位置便利，離Istiklal大街僅數步之遙，大街盡頭就是著名的坦克辛廣場，該區域遍佈名店、紀念品店等等，餐廳、酒吧也很多，想在伊斯坦堡逛街購物吃吃喝喝一定不能錯過Istiklal這條大街。訂房之前，我們從TripAdvisor的過往評論中知道terrace suites很好，於是指定住terrace suites – 附有一個大陽台的套房，一住就是7天！感覺很棒！房內設有廚房，整體上很乾淨，淋浴間和廁所空間也足夠大，很舒適。如果將來有機會再到伊斯坦堡，我們很樂意再選住這家旅店。 New Pera Suites臨近購物餐飲商圈，轉角處有幾間酒吧，夜晚很熱鬧，有人擔心睡覺時嘈吵，但我們的經驗是，只要關上窗戶，入睡沒有問題。 選住這裡還有其他好處，住4晚送1程機場接送，讓我們有VIP貴賓之感。旅店主人Mehmet和職員的服務非常好，提供很多旅遊和餐飲建議，甚至幫我們上網查巴士路線，為我們的旅程增加更多便利。多謝Mehmet和他的員工在我們入住的7天內提供的協助，也謝謝他在我們入住當天請我們喝土耳其咖啡，經過10多個小時的飛行，那杯濃郁的土耳其咖啡確實醒神不少！ 如果一定要說缺點，那可能是房內(房號: 400)燈光昏暗，晚上我們需要查閱旅遊信息，不管是上網還是看書，都感到有點吃力，幸好廁所燈光明亮，也夠寬敞，所以我們有時只好拿到廁所去研究隔天的旅遊路線。 This was our first visit to Istanbul, New Pera Suites has great location and just few walks to the central part of Istiklal Caddesi and close to Taksim Square, where shops , restaurants and bars are easily accessed. We were happy to be at terrace suites with small kitchen. Of course, some noises from the nearby clubs but we closed the window with air-cond open, no problem at all. Airport pick-up was nice so that we did not need to consider transportation when landing a foreign place. Mehmet is a wonderful and helpful host, he provided very good advice for our travel plans and local restaurants (good food and reasonable price). At last, we thank Mehmet for the welcome Turkish coffee because it really made us awake. Improvement: the room light is too dim for reading and computer work in the evening. If you start familiar to the area, you may consider to take bus to the destination instead of changing funiculars and tramway, New Pera Suites is very close to bus stop at Tarlabsi Bulvan.

I recently stayed at the New Pera Hotel for 4 nights and I do not recommend it. A lot of the reviews here mention the noise levels and I thought I was prepared for it but I landed on a weekend and the party was on till 3am and it was extremely noisy. There were cockroaches next to the basin and cleanliness is not much of a concept. On the last day, the entire table collapsed on top of my 10 year old son and it was a miracle he wasn’t seriously injured but his shoulder was paining. What annoyed me is the complete lack of empathy - not once did they ask me - is your son ok ? Do you need anything. When I mentioned my son has shoulder pain - they fought back saying the table has 15 screws and that it was my son’s fault it fell down and that they have footage of us leaving the hotel. I had no words - only shock on my face. And all the positive reviews - soy can’t be sure how many of them are real because as you can see in the picture they offer discounts and freebies for giving positive reviews to New Pera Hotel. If you have small kids or expecting to get a good night’s rest - just skip this place.
