Like the location. Close to many attractions and good restaurants . Lack a lot of amenities but made up with the location. Easy excess to the tram station and within walking distance to Galata tower. Front desk staff not very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel with outstanding location near Galata tower. Impeccable service and cleanliness. However, my issue is not with the hotel but with Trip.com. I had booked 2 sea view rooms through trip.com. However, the reservation instructions provided to the hotel did not include “sea view” rooms. I was given 1 room in the basement with no views and one on the upper floors with partial sea view. Although Trip.com refunded a portion of my fees, it was an utter let down on expectations that partially ruined my holiday

Horrible staff always giving excuses They are not professionals They charged me 100euro without any reason and did not agree on anything I felt cheated and service was unacceptable I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Bon niveau de prestations et belle chambre. Le petit déjeuner est très original et comprend de nombreuses spécialités locales. Les 30 minutes offertes dans le hammam privatif sont très appréciables et justifient le choix de cet hôtel. Par ailleurs, bon emplacement, on rejoint facilement Sultanhamet en tram ou à pied et on peut aussi explorer le quartier de Galata. Accueil et niveau d’anglais variable dans le staff de l’hôtel. Les différents sont néanmoins serviables.

Красивый отель в историческом здании бывшего банка. В дизайне сохранили даже ячейки и большую металлическую дверь хранилища. От станции метро 8 мин пешком. В номерах сводчатые потолки, очень атмосферно. До новой набережной 17 мин пешком. Очень удобная кровать и красивый исторический дизайн номеров, при этом современный. Не понравились завтраки за 20 евро! Очень грустный выбор, ужасный капучино из автомата. Все остальное было хорошо.

Стильный современный отель в историческом здании на Банковской улице. Жили в простом люксе с видом (так он называется на трипкоме). Номер расположен на последнем пятом этаже, просторный, окна выходят на три стороны, панорамное окно с видом на бухту Золотой рог, имеется балкон. Вид из номера отличный. Обслуживание хорошего качества.

房間內如想像中的設計有气質、早餐很棒值得、環境也很美、加購了飯店的土耳其浴覺得還好可以找更好的體驗、住了5晚很舒適、附近有很棒的餐廳跟咖啡館、去獨力大街跟搭地鐵都很方便、地理位置很好、唯獨有兩晚碰到假日、晚上演唱聲音很吵😂

Отличный отель, очень удобно распложен. Близко до всех основных достопримечательностей и видов транспорта. Мое пребывание было испорчено только ужасным запахом в ванной комнате, который несмотря на мои просьбы, отель не смог устранить.
