so clean and good

Стильный отель и номер, очень интересное оформление номера, хочется разглядывать детали. Но номер по факту без окна, так как оно выходит в стену, и затонировано, дневного света нет. Интересное решение для душа/туалета в стандартном номере - стеклянный куб, не прозрачный, но слышимость максимальная )). Заботливо продумана автоматическая подсветка, чтобы не врезаться в него, когда встаешь ночью. Завтрак не брали. Есть лифт. Вода, чай, чайник в номере, удобно. Тихое место Рядом с Истикляль.

Нам очень понравился отдых в отеле Импера. Вежливый персонал, шли на встречу по всем нашим вопросам. Отель удачно расположен - недалеко от метро, от Истикляль, улица с барами в 1 минуте, и при этом в тихом проулочке, и можно ночью спокойно спать. Советую номер с видом на улицу. У нас был люкс - очень комфортный, хороший интерьер. Остались довольны отдыхом, и есть желание вернуться.

房間很小，有窗户但主要是透氣的，基本沒光線，因為和旁邊建築的牆估計衹有10公分的距離，早晨9點了，我以為天還沒亮，出去後才發現已經是大太陽了。服務一般，就一個男的，估計是老闆自己，不熱情，冷冷的。這個不應該是酒店，應該僅僅是個小旅館。地段好，新裝修

對於這家酒店的服務及其不滿意。1、由於輕信酒店在網上的介紹，預訂了該酒店二晚，先後找當地二位出租車司機送去該酒店，結果司機都找不到。特別是第二位司機就是在附近區域等客的，對周邊環境比較熟悉，結果也無法找到該酒店。在尋找過程中，二位司機都很負責任，反覆下車詢問酒店附近的居民及路人，沒有人知道該酒店確切的位置，最終都無法將我送到該酒店。後來我自己拉着行李按照谷歌導航在酒店周圍反覆步行尋找，包括熱心路人一起幫助找，前後折騰將近二個小時，最後終因體力不支衹能放棄住宿該酒店，致使已預付的二晚房費白白浪費掉。2、因我行程有變，需要提前一天到該酒店，結果攜程客服告訴我，他們打酒店聯繫電話及發訊息不下10個，都無人接聽及回覆，致使我等在機場二個小時。這是一次非常差的消費體驗。

2024年開的酒店，設施不錯，古典加現代融合裝修，體現老闆的精心設計。老闆比較熱情。 酒店在後街上，打車不方便。 前台不會説英語，自然有些溝通不暢。 衞生打掃一般，有時水壺忘洗，有時忘放手紙。

Thank you. I really liked it. There was a transfer. Convenient location in the very center of the city. Nearby is a huge pedestrian street and cafes and shops. The room is clean. The staff is very responsive. We needed to leave later, no problem, they provided a shower and things. The manager there is Ugur. Very friendly and responsive. They also have their own cafe and wine cellar. I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at this delightful small hotel during our four nights in Istanbul. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming even before we arrived in Istanbul, thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful staff who made their best to make our stay special. Our room was stylishly decorated and very comfortable — every detail felt carefully thought out, making it a genuinely enjoyable space to relax after exploring the city. The location is superb, just steps away from lively Istiklal Street and the metro station, which made getting around effortless. One of the unexpected highlights was the hotel's lovely wine cellar, where we had the chance to taste a variety of excellent Turkish wines in a cosy and intimate setting. All in all, a wonderful experience — highly recommended for anyone looking for a friendly, well-located, and memorable place to stay in Istanbul!

My stay at Impera Hotel was fantastic! The location is unbeatable—just a stone's throw away from Istiklal Avenue and only a 3-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The combination of its prime location and warm hospitality made my visit truly enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Asmalımescit. The location is perfect—just a 1-minute walk from Istiklal Street and the metro. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling, making me feel truly welcome. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What I loved the most was the perfect blend of historical charm and modern design. It was a unique experience to stay in such a beautifully preserved yet contemporary space. Despite being in the heart of the city, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Without a doubt, I would love to stay here again!
