Nice hotel, good facilities. We arrived late and they provided good advice for late night eats. Would recommend.

這家酒店環境可以，是有裝修的酒店，在附近的都沒有這間新裝修，就是設施一般，位置，早餐，服務態度都滿意，而在這附近，值得一住

Been to Istanbul on several occasions and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. We booked a room with balcony but first room didn't have any view and when my husband spoke to reception staff we were moved to top floor with no fuss. Room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Coffee machine was a great bonus! We had booked breakfasts for during our stay (10 nights) and the restaurant is in the sister hotel which is a 2 minute walk. Choice for breakfast was excellent. Staff in both hotels deserve special praise and cannot be faulted they are ALL friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Hotel location is excellent. Its only a short walk to the main Sultanahmet attractions. We hope to return to Istanbul and this hotel will definitely be our first choice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We went as a family of five (2 adults and three children) and stayed in the hammam suite. The bed are so comfortable! Best sleep iv had in a hotel. The room was spacious with big windows and so clean. Beautiful room. We had complimentary tea , coffee, water, fruit, nuts and sweets and chocolate in the room. The reception staff are so so friendly! They spoke fluent English, helped and guided us to make our visit to Istanbul comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is very close to the main square where you find the blue mosque and hagia sophia. Many close by restaurants.

The hotel is great, we had a good experience. In general rooms are lovely, location is great, not too far from the main touristic areas, the staff is wonderful and very friendly. Definitely worth choosing. One of the best hotels I have been to.

Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto svariati problemi. L’insonorizzazione nelle camere è completamente assente. Non c’è la possibilità di riscaldare la camera (funziona solo l’aria condizionata) e dalle finestre passa il vento. Inoltre, la wifi non funziona.

Hotel in pieno centro storico nel quartiere di Sultanahmet. Struttura nuova, confortevole, ottima la pulizia e la colazione servita sia a buffet che con menù alla carta. Personale gentile e servizievole, sempre con il sorriso e pronti a dare consigli.

Abbiamo soggiornato qua in 4 persone 2 camere 5 notti .L’ Hotel è in posizione eccezionale per potersi muovere a piedi in quanto si possono raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni del centro di Istanbul. Le camere sono piccole ma carine e pulite , la cosa peggiore è l’armadio realmente minuscolo con dentro frigobar e cassaforte. Noi siamo rimasti 5 notti ed è stato un disagio notevole dover tenere tutto in valigia. Il personale dell’hotel molto disponibile e professionale dietro nostra richiesta ha portato 2 sedie per lo meno abbiamo potuto appoggiare abiti. Altro problema riscontrato è stato la climatizzazione della stanza . Era molto freddo ad Istanbul cosa insolita per il periodo, abbiamo chiesto di poter climatizzare la stanza ma usciva solo aria fredda perché ci hanno detto che avevano fatto già passaggio della climatizzazione centrale ad aria fredda. Ci hanno messo a disposizione delle stufe e con quelle e’andata meglio. La colazione viene servita al Mula Hotel 5 stelle vicinissimo nella stessa strada. C’è sia buffet sia menu con ordinazione al tavolo e direi tutto di buona qualità.
