I stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights! I asked them to refund one 3rd night that I booked by mistake next month but they refused to do so! Their customer service is terrible and they don’t even communicate or know how to communicate. The room Flooded with water while we were showering! The small room is terrible, you barely have space for your legs. You cannot even put your luggage.

We paid for deluxe room, but it was the same as the other rooms booked few months ago. The room was clean, but it smells of cigarette smoke, even if it was non smoking room.

فندق سيئ جداً لدي العديد من الملاحظات ١ تم حجز غرفة بقياس ٢٥ متر استلمت غرفة اصغر رغم دفعي فارق المبلغ و الموظفين غير صادقين احد الموظفين اخبرني انه الحجز صحيح و موظف اخر اخبرني ان غرفتي مختلفة عن الحجز. ٢ المصعد يوجد به العديد من المشاكل معضم الوقت لايعمل ولايستوعب اكثر من شخصين يعني اذا كنتم مجموعة او عائلة سوف يكون متعب الصعود او النزول. ٣ بوية الحائط تتساقط وربما تأتي على جسدك او عينك اذا كان السرير بجانب الحائط . Die Lage ist super. Die Fenster sind nicht schalldicht und an der Sauberkeit muss dringend gearbeitet werden.

Очень маленькие номера . Нет заявленных 17 метров. Завтрак посредственный. Попросили зубные щетки , не смогли дать.

Terbaik, meskipun lift kecil, dan ruang kamar kecil, yang terpenting kebersihannya. Pelayanan ramah, dapat segelas teh sebagai welcome drink, tidak di denda karena saya late check out sekitar 30 menit karena saya shalat dzuhur dulu. Akses mudah kemana-mana dan dekat dengan station bus ke bandara.

Отличное местоположение, рядом с площадью таксим. Очень маленькое пространство, кровать тоже маленькая, номер попался с красивым видом, но очень шумный-всю ночь что-то падало каждые 5 минут. Завтраки средние, но голодными не останетесь. Салаты подуставшие. Лифт есть, но всё равно пойдете по лестнице. Если только переночевать, то вполне подойдёт. Попытался продлить номер, но выкатили полуторную цену. Просто отойти 50-100 метров и найдёте миллион вариантов не хуже.

Perfect location of the hotel about 2 minutes from taksim square .The staff was so friendly and helpful.Breakfat was delicious with good variety. The room was so small but it was clean with good furniture.over all stay was good .The air-conditioning works well .

Clean rooms and nice staff. I've stayed in Istanbul a few times, This hotel has the best location! Its right next to Taksim Square, but theres very little noice, since cars can drive through the street. Theres shops close by. The bed area is small tho. You can watch netflix on the TV
