I'm not giving false compliments. But I was really well taken care of by the staff during the few days I stayed here. When we arrived on the first day, the white-haired lady patiently explained the characteristics of Istanbul to us, and helped us store our luggage and check in early. Before I left Istanbul, I wanted to buy two bottles of water from the front desk. But I had already spent all my cash. When I decided to take out my bank card, the handsome guy said that he would give me the water directly, and patiently printed our boarding passes and booked a taxi to the airport. In short, it was a good trip, and the hotel staff were really friendly. I hope to see you next time.

This hotel was great! The hosts were welcoming and attentive every single time we saw them. They gave us a load of great tips on day one, basically mapping out our entire Istanbul adventure. They also offered to help arranged transport and tourist trips if we wanted. The food for breakfast was amazing! Always fresh and a great choice, quite different from western breakfast and so good! The breakfast room also featured a some ancient ruins that you can see through the glass floor! Was pretty cool. The location is also great for see the old city area and for transport links to the tram stations. Highly recommended!

The hotel was nice in a perfect Location to visit the Hagia Sofia mosque and the blue mosque. The reception staff are so helpful and kind and speak english which is hard to find in Turkey.

This is a very clean, friendly and comfortable hotel, every staff is like a friend, I like them very much, next time I go to Istanbul, I will choose this place again

First of all, the location of the hotel is really nice. The tram is just 5 minutes away, and the famous attractions are within walking distance at any time. The staff was so kind that I felt happy throughout the stay. On the first day of our arrival in Istanbul, we arrived at our accommodation so early that we had a lot of worries about how we should spend our time, but the hotel willingly allowed us to check-in early, which was such a huge gift for us, who were tired from the long flight. I really recommend this place to anyone traveling to Istanbul. Thank you very much for your care and assistance throughout our stay.

Strongly recommended to stay in hotel Ravi, it’s a new hotel and the location is perfect , walkable distance to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Grand Bazaar all the main attractions within the same area. Great locations! Next to Blue mosque and Sultanahmet square. Walkable distance to all attractions. Very nice and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast with varieties of mezze. Overall, a really pleasant stay.

It was an amazing stay just round the corner from the blue mosque an haga Sophia. The staff were great and always willing to tend to the needs of everyone. I was 100% recommend this place as a choice of stay for the duration of your visit.

Room is clean but a bit small for two suitcases. Service is great and the location is excellent.

Period 12.03-19.03. The most impressive thing, besides the location, is the hotel staff. Hospitality, participation, professionalism are beyond praise.
