Ottoman Luxury Hotel

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This hotel provided the worst and most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. We reserved a room for four nights, but upon arrival, we were informed that the current occupants had not checked out. As a result, we were forced to stay at another hotel for one night and then return for the remaining three nights. The hotel failed to communicate this issue in advance; a simple email would have been appreciated. On top of that, the staff were incredibly rude and did not take any responsibility for their mistake. They made no effort to be accommodating. We asked to speak with the manager several times, but he was never available. After spending a night at a different hotel—which was highly inconvenient due to the need to unpack and repack—we received no further communication from the hotel. This left us confused and scrambling to figure out our next steps, wasting valuable time. Instead of starting our day, we were stuck packing again. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The treatment we received was not only unprofessional but downright rude. Avoid this place at all costs.

İstanbul’un göbeğinde en iyi otel personeli güler yüzlü kahvaltı yemeği güzel olmasına rağmen ve en iyi oteldir asteria otelden başka biryere gitmeyin otelde hiç bir kusuru yok ve yanı sıra kahvaltı çeşitleri de güzel en iyi otel diyebilirim
