Your thoughts and opinions are very important for us as we strive to continually improve the experience of our guests.I appreciate your comments about the noise problem you faced during your stay. Since we are located in a very lively district and close to entertainment facilities, there are occasions when some of our rooms are affected by noise coming from outside, even though we have soundproof rooms. We continually monitor the noise level outside especially from the entertainment facilities in the evenings and make necessary calls and arrangements to decrease the noise level as much as possible for the comfort of our guests. Please accept my sincere apologies that we were unable to do this effectively on this occasion. For your next stay, please contact us directly at the hotel and we will be happy to allocate you one of our quietest available rooms at the time of your reservation.
