I stayed here from May 2nd to 6th and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Check-in was chaotic with long queues and minimal help from staff. Our room was basic and the “sea view” wasn’t worth the extra cost—blocked by palm trees and the kids’ pool. The balcony was tiny and TV options were extremely limited with only Spanish speaking channels. Although we booked all-inclusive, many things weren’t actually included—only a small selection of drinks were available, no snacks, and you had to pay extra for basics like the indoor pool and jacuzzi. They also expected guests to purchase a hotel branded water bottle; otherwise, they wouldn’t provide refills or additional bottled water. We decided to go to the local supermarket and stock up on bottled water. The food was repetitive, very seafood-heavy, and mostly cold or unappetizing. Breakfast was the only decent meal. Service was slow and inconsistent, and there was little to no communication from the animation team about the activities going on and where they were being held. Cleanliness and hygiene were a concern—not only from the hotel’s side but also from the Spanish guests. Staff often appeared to prioritise Spanish guests, serving them ahead of others who had been waiting in line. At the buffet, people frequently pushed past without regard for others, nearly knocking over a man on crutches at one point. On our last day, the sun finally came out, so we put up our umbrella. Unfortunately, the Spanish guests became very aggressive—shouting and swearing, claiming we were blocking the sun for their children. The real issue was the hotel’s poor layout, with umbrellas screwed into the ground and sunbeds placed awkwardly, but we ended up bearing the brunt of their frustration. This hotel felt more like a low 3-star at best. Definitely wouldn’t return or recommend.
