Here now, the hospitality here is the worst thing I have experienced at any resort. The decision makers love saying NO before attempting to come up with a solution. Seems under staffed. The resort is nice but the hot tubs are barely warm. Last thing I expected from a trip like this is to be consistently frustrated by the staff. I would not recommend it here if you have any level of service expectations.

Spent the week with coworkers working from the beach! It’s still new so some of the restaurants and bars aren’t open yet, but the food was amazing and the service was even better. One of the best all inclusives I’ve ever been to! I’d definitely go again.

beautiful resort! it was quiet and very family oriented! beautiful views and the staff were lovely. my daughter loved playing at the kids club! Nicy from the kids club was so kind and caring and very attentive. she really went the extra mile to make sure our daughter felt welcome! we really enjoyed our stay here

This hotel was actually pretty amazing the food is definitely 10/10, the cocktails were amazing and there are so many different bars. I had an excellent time with some new buddies I met at the monkey bar - Ivan, Daniel & Moises. I was pounding passion fruit Margaritas with them!

The property is breathtaking, there is a magazine type view from every pathway, restarunt , lounge and pool! The staff is very attentive, kind, and professional, there wasn't a single time my family and I felt we needed anything! Our massages with Connie were world class and the spa takes you into another dimension of deep relaxation! During our 6 night stay the hardest decisions we had to make was where are we going to eat for dinner because every restaraunt was that good we wanted all the restaurants all at once! Probably the absolute best gastro experiences my family and I have ever had, from the drinks, cocktails, fresh juices, ice cream and remarkable food at Every restaurant from Union to Caracol. Thank you to all the staff at SLS MUJERES for such an incredible family holiday!

One of the best resorts i have ever traveled to. Me and my family went on a 7 day long vacation here and we loved it. Everything is brand new, food is amazing, friendliest staff ever, and so many activities to choose from. We went snorkeling and jet skiing and it was so fun and our tour guides were so nice and tried their best to keep the group safe. The design on this resort is extraordinary and have never seen a building so elegant. The views from the balcony are unforgettable I was so upset I had to leave this place. The room itself is very nice. The mattress is so comfortable and the pillows are the fluffiest pillows i have ever slept on. They have housekeeping three times a day unless you put a sign on your door handle that its not needed. The staff try their best to keep you safe, very nice to talk to, polite, and do their best in helping you with anything. There is also a gym and theres 2 of them!! Everything is very sanitized and clean, and the gym offers water, snacks, mats, weights, and towels. There was 3 dinner restaurants, a buffet for breakfast, and a couple of snack places and 2 restaurants for lunch, one of them being on the beach with a beautiful ocean view. There is also a dessert place with ice cream, tea, coffee, and sweets. Also a smoothie place which was my favorite. There is a wide variety of food and some restaurants aren't even open yet because the resort is brand new!! There is a beautiful view anywhere you go and would totally recommend this resort for a vacation.
