Club la Santa - All Sports Inclusive

Lugar ideal para practicar gran variedad de actividades deportivas con grandes instalaciones y equipamiento. Los apartamentos sencillos pero cumplen perfectamente y limpieza impecable en todo el complejo.. Todo tipo de servicios adicionales ( supermercados, lavandería, restaurantes ....)

If you'd have asked me before I went if I'd like a holiday full of sporting activities I would've laughed but then I experienced Club La Santa and what an experience it was! The was a vast amount of activities on offer and my particular favourites were aerial aerobics, badminton and aqua jogging but there were so many more enjoyable ones too. There's something for everyone. I've read the other reviews here and have to disagree about the staff. One or two were a bit short with people but most were friendly and polite. The older guy in the bar with the pool tables was particularly nice and friendly. We only found 1 rude member of staff who was a lad at the water sports centre. He was very rude to us and even laughed about us with his colleague (not in a nice way) but other than him all nice . The one thing I think let them down was the food. We had some great meals at the pool bar but the other onsite restaurants were grim and the food is very overpriced. Anyway, all in all this place was amazing and we will definitely be back.

Excellent as always. Have been coming for a few years now and it has never disappointed. The Green Team make it amazing so thank you to them. Apartments are always clean and the cleaners work non stop. They may not completely clean the whole apartment top to bottom each day but a) do you really need that and b) they have like 500 apartments to clean each day! If you want something specific cleaning just ask them - they are all lovely and happy to help. The reception are knowledgeable and helpful. The activities are second to none and you can never say you are bored. There is something for everyone - super active, less active, kids, seniors, those who want to chill by the pool. Facilities are always in perfect working order.

Been coming to CLS for number of years and it does get better and better. The facilities and choice of activities is amazing. We stayed in Suites this year - great and wont go back to more basic rooms. The Green Team are fabulous. Restaurant and Bar staff variable - but we have only had good experience with the actual food. Reception not always helpful - we have been coming for 7+ years and never once been able to get a late check out. Despite the resort being exceptionally quiet - same story this time. I think they cant actually be bothered to sort it!

Having been to Playitas sport resort on Fuerteventura a few times we decided to try Club La Santa and in short I just want to say wow. This is next level. The resort in itself is very beautiful, well designed and all amenities spotless and spacious. Compared to Playitas which charges extra for almost all sport activities and courts except group classes Club La Santa’s offer that everything’s free for just a few hundred euros more is unbeatable. The number of things you could do is amazing, everything from squash (our favourite) to reformer to windsurfing to mountain biking to pickleball to Hyrox and running classes. We really appreciated that CLS offered introduction classes to many types of sports. Some sports or fitness classes can feel intimidating but being able to get an introduction and walk-thru was incredible. It is clear that a big part of CLS’s USP is the Green Team and rightly so. The instructors are professional, positive, energetic and great at explaining and meet everyone at their level. We especially appreciated Sidney, Ally, Maria and Mattias (biking). Again compared to Playitas the instructors in the green team are just another level. It is clear they take pride in their work and make an effort in every class. Some small parts could be improved though. All rooms in the apartment building lacked a TV which we found odd. The house keeping was patchy and haphazard, strange since the cleaning of the communal areas was spotless. In our room they randomly one day emptied trash, next day made the beds but nothing else and third day wiped the floor a bit. In the south area of the resort (Volcano, stadium, padel area) it would be good with a vending machine, small kiosk food truck or similar selling soft drinks, coffee etc. It is far away from the supermarket in the north end of the resort.

I am writing to report an unpleasant incident that occurred today, February 7, 2025, at 4:00 PM, at Club La Santa's main entrance reception. I approached the reception desk to inquire about swimming pool facilities. Unfortunately, I was met with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from a middle-aged female receptionist. She was dismissive, showed a condescending attitude, and refused to provide basic information about the facilities. I was shocked by the level of arrogance and discourtesy displayed. This type of behavior is unacceptable for any service establishment, particularly one of Club La Santa's reputation. I would appreciate your attention to this matter to ensure other visitors do not experience similar treatment.
