Sport- und Genusshotel Silvretta

An outstanding hotel, very fiendly and proffesional team, delicious food, super close to the ski lift. The room was nicely decorated, windows and doors are soundproof. Excellenet spa area with a nice choice of saunas. I will be back for sure.

It is an amazingly good hotel. The staff is extremely helpfull and very warm. The suite room we got was outstanding, and the meals in the half board restaurant were very tastefull. Even my wife had injured her knee with skiing our stay was still very nice. With good meals wines and nice views. We definately go back next year to Hotel Silvretta.

One of the best hotel we ever stayed in! The staff are the warmest and kindest I ever seen, always going out of their ways to help - and I mean it literally - whenever we asked where something was or needed help with something in the room, they walked with us the entire way, always with a smile, even if it was in the other side of the hotel, and made sure we got all the help we needed (and more) really amazing! thank you all! The staff at the breakfast/dinner restaurants were also amazing - all the waiters (just to mention a few - Richard and Umberto) were very kind, explaining the dishes and always checking if we need anything The food is amazing - both the breakfast and the dinner - very high quality and variety The hotel is beautifully decorated, with great attention to details It has all the amenities needed for a perfect ski vacation - located right across the Silvretta lift The spa and the outside pool are great (although it could be a little hotter I believe)

Stayed here for 8 nights, lovely hotel in a great location for the cable car up the mountain and village. The hotel itself was lovely, but a confusing layout. We had booked an alpine room for the space and view on a higher floor, but requested to be not near the nightclub, and after a couple of days we realised we had been downgrade to a Silvretta Room. The room we were given was above the front door, facing another hotel with no view. Yes, the room was away from the nightclub but we paid a higher price category room to be assigned a significantly lower category room. We did ask the hotel about it and they stated they were trying to accommodate our request, but would not acknowledge that we were downgraded. The difference in room categories would have been about 1500 EURO, so not insignificant ! The breakfast was nice in the morning, but again confusing layout, you had to walk through a tunnel to get to a neighboring resort for breakfast which I found extremely unusual. On a positive note, had dinner in the restaurant the first night and had the Schnitzel and it was AMAZING, along with great service. I would return to Ischgl as the skiing was great, but I don't think I would return to Silvretta Hotel as we are still quite disappointed in the room situation.

We were with our 10 months old baby boy, everything was arrange incredible for us. I m with back problems , and i can tell , beds were very comfortable , We were on HB , everything was organized incredible . . The location is perfect . The staff made our stay very happy and we had excellent holiday ! ,

Very nice,luxurious and cozy family hotel with top services,kind staff. Delicious food,top wellness,everything was well equipped. Good location a few meters from cable car,just in the centre of Ischgl.
