This is the nearest hotel to Dallas airport. Comfortable room with friendly staff

Staff were helpful. During our stay our daughter had a fever and thanks to the staff for going the extra mile for helping us get the medicine she needed!

Description on Trip.com mentioned airport shuttle to hotel. But it was not available at all. Trip.com should have updated this. I would have booked Clarion as they had the shuttle. Check in experience not as good as I had hoped. Not much information offered and not very welcoming. No concierge or porter. I guess it's the same for all 2-3 star rated hotels in Dallas. If you have huge/heavy luggage, better pay more and go for the 4-5 stars. Breakfast was good. I like the DIY waffles. Starts on time, ends on time. Location is ok. Easy to get Uber, nearest mall is Grapevine Miles that has restaurants, a food court and outlet shops.

典型的美式酒店，房間乾淨寬敞，電視頻道豐富。到機場很快（要打車），早餐比較一般。
