Ipswich Town Centre (Quayside)

The room was a good size, bathroom clean and the shower pressure actually much better than expected. The hotels location is surrounded by roads, so traffic noise is expected - however i had to check my window wasn't open as it was so loud. Further glazing or insulation is required as the traffic noise was loud and continuous apart from a window in the early hours. I could also hear next door snoring, so the walls are thin. I had breakfast around 8am - heard lots of comments about 'no we've run out'. It didn't affect me, however I had two pretty hard croissants. The free wifi didn't work in my room, so i had to go downstairs to do some work. But it was rectified by the lady at the desk giving me access to the premier internet.

Went by in the evening to have some food and drinks at the restaurant, as I've never eaten at one in a Premier Inn before. It was quiet, and got wonderful, quick and friendly service throughout from Hayden, Jack and Rob. Food was wonderful, I was pleasantly surprised.

A great place to stay. Very convenient location near waterfront. Nice room and lovely comfortable bed. Friendly staff too. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very nice. We all enjoyed our stay at the premier inn quayside ipswich. Would recommend to friends and family Judy and Peter Webb

Arrived without a voice and was given honey & lemon 💞 It’s thoughtful things like that, plus a comfortable room, that make a stay enjoyable. Staff at breakfast were on the ball and attentive. Really felt like the hotel was well led and staff were happy.

Located about 5 mins walk from Wagamama's (tip for dinner) this hotel has plenty of parking underneath or in a section of River Church car park (£8). Welcoming and helpful reception, generally comfortable- although room tool ages to get warm (was warned of this) and mildew around the bath unnecessary. Quite convenient for the centre, although Ipswich clearly isn't designed to be walled around and drivers rule the roads and pavements here. Shops close early - eg Sainsburys 7pm! Breakfast room comfortable, calm, everything worked, friendly welcome. Plenty of choice. Good overall, would stay again, comfortable, warm bed.
