Absolute best sleep ever! Beds are so comfy and the staff are brilliant they really made us feel welcome for as soon as we arrived. The man on reception (Graham) answered all our questions and when we came back down welcomed us again with a smile.

Excellent hotel friendly staff. Nice warm rooms and quiet. Have stayed a few times and always been good Easy access from the A14 and to get into Ipswich for anything your are visiting the area for. Would recommend to anyone needing a comfortable bed. Always sleep well in a Premier Inn bed. Plenty of tea and coffee available too

Arrived in a large free car park, the check-in process was quick and team friendly. Stayed in 117. Large and spotless room. Very comfortable. Could hear the road, but it's expected. Didn't use the restaurant as we ate somewhere else. All staff I met were friendly and helpful.

I stayed on a business trip for one night, and it was fine. Nice and clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. The rooms facilities were good and the staff, particularly Veronika , were very friendly and helpful. The food in the nearby pub was great , and free car parking too.

Thank you to all the staff for another wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is like a second home to me, I’m always made welcome, my room is always spotless and the staff always go the extra mile. So thank you to Matthew, Susie, Veronika, Lisa, Graham and Emma.

Whilst there were no issues with the room itself, we have a young toddler who can’t walk far or climb stairs. We requested a travel cot, further suggesting likely use of a pushchair, however we were roomed upstairs through multiple doors. I requested a move to a downstairs room, but was told the travel cot was only available upstairs. Whilst the receptionist offered to help carry bags on arrival, carrying young children up and down stairs was an unnecessary stress that could’ve been avoided if someone just used their brain!! Made the stay logistically more difficult and stressful than necessary.
