This place is affordable but the cleanliness is below average. The room walls have mould filled with fungus and the odors is truly unhealthy spending time sleeping in it. The water flow in the bathroom is poor and bathroom doors have no lock. They didn't get the basic right despite an affordable price offered.

It’s clean and tidy. It’s my weekly work trip in ipoh and I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel room

Great stay. You get what you paid for. They even provided toothbrush which I did not expect. There was a construction site just beside the hotel which may cause some noise. And there is no hair dryer in the room. Other than that no complains.

Hotel is in a good location and has a basic facility. The staff was helpful in every manner.

Overall is good. A bit hard to locate the hotel but there is a good kopitiam nearby which add extra point

Being stayed in this hotel 10years ago, since opened. Hotel getting old, need some upgrades. 1 night stay, still ok.

Good: 1. Parking lots are spacious and easy access to the hotel. 2. Staff are friendly. 3. Location is convenient (located at Ipoh’s town area). Poor: 1. The condition of the bed is really bad. The mattress is ‘V-shaped’. My fiance and I couldn’t sleep at the middle of the bed because it hurt our backs. Though we tried to sleep at the edge of the bed, we couldn’t help sinking down throughout the night due to the beg sag. It significantly affected our sleep. 2. Water heater takes some time to heat up and the temperature couldn’t stay stable even though I didn’t adjust it. 3. Amenities are a bit timeworn.

Unfortunately, the bedstead was not stable and emitted noise with any movement . which disrupted my family’s rest and overall comfort.
