There was a misunderstanding about the tax that was paid twice, by card first, then by cash but the owner refunded me, the 10 rigngits. The glass on the nightstand was broken. The shower flow was irregular. The other visitors were quiet at night. They forgot to put a cup next to the kettle.... You can get free water on the ground floor from the dispenser.

The location is nearby the Cocubine Lane within 5 minutes walk。It has secure lock after midnight to come in the hotel so is safe. The room wall is just like the name bricks . It has very strong mouldy smell. Bed is not comfortable will sink when sleep. There is tV but no allow to ON it . no provide bottle water and also no provide slipper for bathroom,no toothbrush.The bathroom water no partition with toilet so have to becareful slippery after shower . Soundproof not that good .

The toilet was so big and clean. The room can be fixed with 4 people and the price is quite cheap for 4 people. The location is quite good since you can just walk to a few places for food and things.

The air-con is dusty. It is a quiet room but still got the water pressure sound but I still can fall a sleep.

Lokasi mmg sgt strategik if nak ronda2 kawasan Concubine Lane, Funtasy Trick, 22 Hale Street Museum, Platform Half, Gabriel Cafe, Pekan Lama Cafe dll. Just around the corner sahaja. Mike Pizza, Rojak Padang, Nasi Ayam Taugeh dan lain lain. Untuk mereka yg travel gunakan train n bus, sesuai sgt. If nak travel ke Tasik Cermin, Gunung Lang bagai, kena ada transport sendiri. The staff is friendly. Ada cerek letrik, tapi kena beli 3in1 kalau tgh malam rasa nak minum. Malam, mmg x der apa lah. Kalau nak g Gerbang Malam, boleh je jalan kaki dlm 27 mins kalau rasa larat la. But for my family, kami rela jalan kaki walau jauh. Dpt menikmati view malam yg kosong dan view siang yg menyesakkan. Kami stay at family room with double queen bed. Walau bilik sedikit sempit but still comfortable. Bukan nak duduk bilik sepanjang masa right? Bilik air luas sgt, boleh masuk la 5/6 orang dalam tu. Keadaan bau tu, bg kami ok je ala2 macam bau lama, bangunan lama. Especially kat lif. Dlm bilik x dak bau yg kurang menyenangkan. Selesa. Iron, disediakan depan lif. Yes, hotel ni ada lif. Bg yg x larat nak angkut beg beso naik turun tangga, jgn risau. Ada lif sedia tuk digunakan. Ada juga water dispenser kat dapur kalau malas nak masak air dlm bilik. Belakang bangunan ada medan selera. Pagi boleh la lapik perut sbelum gerak ronda tuk food hunting yg sebenar. Ada jam beso yg cukup time berbunyi. Nak jalan ke ets amik masa dlm 15-20 mins. Kalau dr stesen bas Jalan Bendahara, dalam 27 mins. We prefer berjalan je semua. Baru feel ala2 tourist di negara sendiri.

The hotel is in a nice spot.. but everything is old, the walk way is dim and badly lit. Rooms don't feel clean, the walls are bad and the TVs don't work.

The location is very strategic.. but the problem is the parking lot.. you need to battle with the public to get the parking.. since the hotel does not give you a parking lot.

The toilet is big while room space bit small. As using the deem lights and we reach quite late in the evening about 6pm, so not a very good sight for us. We quite disappointed by none functioning TV label when reach. Amenities very simplified and table just too small.

Plus : The Location is perfect, just short walk from Train / Railway Station inside the old town. The staf is good. The wifi is fast. Minus : The room is smelly and so small, the hot shower does not work.

Friendly staff, walking distance within famous eateries, definitely will come back :)

Located conveniently near the clock tower. Short walk from train station to hotel and short walk to eateries and places of interest in Old Town. Best for visitors that are not driving. Hotel room is basic but adequate. No cupboards, no fridge. Our room with window opens to adjacent building wall, 1m away. Shower is ok but water is not hot.

Cosy only lighting not bright enough. Prefer white light. Clean, Convenient to eateries n famous chicken rice. Reception staff friendly n polite

I loved this hotel. Such a comfortable room and bed. Friendly management. The decor is nice. Hot water for making tea. Elevator to the 2nd or 3rd floor. I was able to park my scooter outside the front. Near restaurants - Pekan Lama Cafe was nice for local Laksa and Miker pizza was great too. If I return to Ipoh I would stay here.

Rooms are nice and cozy… Front desk very helpful and great attitude.. 😇
