Hotel location is next to a shopping mall where you can get groceries easily. You can order a grab car to go every where easily. The hotel room is spacious and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is long queue even at 10am, buffet spread is ok only and taste so so only. The parking is complimentary for in-house guest.

Could not log into the Wifi and was treated like I am a tech *****. Sent the bellboy to help me until I show them the issue then they get an IT guy to help me resolve the issue by logging into their own secure network (not the one usually for guest). For this kind of pricing, I really didn't expect this kind of lousy service.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities was superb — everything was well-maintained, tidy, and comfortable, which truly made the stay relaxing and pleasant. The service from the front desk and housekeeping teams was commendable — courteous and efficient. The location is also strategic, with easy access to shopping and local attractions. Fantastic view from rooftop.. I really enjoy sunset fall down from rooftop..

Generally all is great with this hotel. Local grab driver also mentioned that it’s the best in Ipoh. Pleasant staff and clean facilities. Breakfast was pretty decent in taste. Would highly recommend. The only minor issue was that the room service staff failed to make up my room for one of the days, resulting in a lack of replenishment of amenities. Called concierge to get replacement amenities and it was resolved, so all ok!

The design of room is excellent and luxurious. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is excellent in terms of choice , taste and quality. The rooftop infinity pool is nice but a bit small for the crowd. The checkin was reasonably fast.  My only concern is the long queue at breakfast , long wait for lift and the carpark is dark and dusty. Please note we stayed during public Holiday so occupancy is high.

An excellent service,clean room,love the bathtub,various selection of local and Asian cuisine for breakfast. We love the deco for our anniversary💞 What ai like the most is the easy access to the shopping Mall(Ipoh Parade)..very convenient..and they have supper too☺️😍

I recently stayed at WEIL Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall, it has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and service smooth and pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained, with high-quality toiletries—especially the shampoo and the nicely scented body lotion, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast buffet was decent with a fair selection, and the overall environment of the hotel felt relaxing and chill—perfect for a short getaway. One downside, however, is the parking situation. Since the hotel shares a parking area with Ipoh Parade Mall, it can get quite congested, especially during peak hours. It’s a bit inconvenient to have to queue with mall visitors just to park at the hotel. Also, a few of the parking machines seem to need servicing or an upgrade. Despite the parking issue, I would definitely recommend WEIL Hotel for anyone visiting Ipoh—it’s comfortable, stylish, and offers good value for the quality you get.

Excellent service and superb facilities made my stay truly enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. Great food, a well-maintained pool, and a convenient location added to the experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay to friends.

Rooms are spacious! Very convenient place, just next to the mall! Hotel pool is on roof top which is infinity one! Night time, you can go down for dessert!

I booked the Brewster Studio, during check in the reception mentioned the name of the room is Concept Studio, which is same as the Brewster. Name only different, facilities, size & price is all the same, so don't panic about this. Location is very strategic just beside Ipoh Parade Mall, with connecting entrance. Staffs all very friendly. Studio room located at the highest level which is Level 12, comes with free cocktail for teatime, coffee & beverages from 7am-11pm. The hotel provides supper from 11pm-12.30am which is super convenient for late night hunger, which is very generous & rare services. They upgraded my breakfast from 1 pax to 2 paxes since I come here for my honeymoon. Room is so clean, jacuzzi was super clean, complimentary fruits, peanuts & raisins were provided. They fulfilled my wish to have honeymoon deco on the bed. The jacuzzi was huge! Really unexpected with that size. They also provide sea salt for the jacuzzi bath. Tv provide good range of local networks and movies. Breakfast is good also, sufficient for morning tummy. Overall me & my husband was very happy with Weil Hotel. Definitely will come back.

A GRAND hotel , all amenities are good remained .The hotel have provided a simple supper (chicken porriage, soya milk) for all guests. I feel very warm on that and i like the fresh made soya milk indeed. ALSO , their breakfast buffet have many choices and the taste are good.

Fantastic service! Hardworking and friendly staff who carried a pail of hot water to the room to ensure we could shower with hot water, when the water pipe burst, affecting all hot water to the room. As we came back to rest, didn't expect this unexpected situation, I requested fruits, and they brought up 2 plates, complimentary. We were made to feel as comfortable as possible. Upgraded us when we were given a room that faces the wall (high way). Great location, right next to the mall. Very very convenient for the young and old (my mum is already in her 80s).

Stayed in 2 different rooms in 11th and 12th floor for my two nights in Ipoh. Not much difference to the rooms even though prices differ between Superior King & Telegraph Concept Cosy type. I cant recommend the arrangement & service during breakfast slot as what i experienced was disappointing.
