Hotel Regal Vista (formerly known as Hotel Pi)

+ great location, very close to downtown, train station, gerbang malam, many shops and restaurants at a walking distance. The staff is just great, always ready to help. WiFi is ok, hot water, hair drier, water dispenser on each floor. Aircon is old, but works ok. - clearly can improve cleaness, the dust is everywhere. Window is dirty too. The bedsheets can be improved too, some had stains and small holes.

Centrally located between old town and new town! Great stay!

Located in the city of Ipoh, Hotel Pi Ipoh Malaysia offers complimentary WiFi access. It is situated beside Bukhara, an eatery famous for its local delights such as fried noodles and nasi lemak. Pizza Hut and KFC are just across the street. Each room features a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels and air conditioning. The private bathroom offers strong shower. The well-known Pusing Public Restaurant is located just opposite the property.

Hotel is under construction but it didn’t bother me too much. Expect lots of improvements in the future. Overall it’s a nice place.

It's my second time staying at this hotel. I chose this hotel due to its location that is very near to food places . Also, the basement parking is very convenient and ample spaces.

Understandable it’s a 3-star hotel so not much expectation in the stay, as long it’s clean. However, I find this establishment unsatisfactory and disappointing because of the following; -no gym facility / nearby gym is pay per entry, not affiliated -no laundry service / nearby laundry is a 8 minute walk self service -cleanup is untimely / room makeup didn’t happen even after 5 hours I left the room and requested -so called water purifier is just water dispenser -no water kettle (do note that other budget hotels has this) -there’s durian smell in the floor I stayed in for 2 days straight This hotel implemented a NON-REFUND policy on bookings, so to me it feels like this hotel is being a little dishonest about their facilities/service description on the platform, and it is not accurate & very disappointing. At this price point, even smaller boutiques/hostels are way better than this. I do hope that they improve in the future.
