The landlord is responsive to your message and clear instruction on check-in and check-out process. It considered located at ground floor if started from residential floor, 5 floors below is for parking. So the landscaper or whoever are able to view the unit from the garden outside. Not advisable to drive MPV/pickup and SUV or slightly longer sedan if your driving skill not that good as the turning point is narrow and parking lot is small if there’s parking bay on left and right. We chose to stay in apartment/condo was due to the dining area where we can dine-in with the food takeaway and prefer a bit of home feel but this was our second and last decision. We totally can’t accept the cleanliness, the bed condition and the bathroom leaking problem. We suspected the bed at master bedroom has bed bugs which caused our skin get infected with swollen and itchy bumps for days/weeks and dust mites in the unit as i have allergic reaction by sneezing and mild running nose during 2 nights stays. The bed should be suitable for kid to sleep on only. The poor quality of wooden bed frame is so fragile and shaky like it will break anytime whenever we sit, wake up and turned around. We don’t have any peaceful and comfortable nights during the entire stays. The only one bathroom is leaking and flooded all the times under the toilet bowl. There is also some leaking sounds from the shower area all the times too. The toilet roll provided is poor quality which is so flimsy. Only one bottle of liquid/gel labeled as body wash.

We love the interior design of this house. Simple, minimalist and neat. All the facilities working well. We enjoy our stay here and will surely recommend to our friends and family who will come to visit Ipoh!

The house is quite big, with good air conditioning, and a nice view swimming pool. The service is fast to reply according to the request. Carpark system is advanced.

We enjoyed the stay, but the pillows and the mattresses were too flat and hard for our liking. Otherwise, the unit was clean and cozy.

The location is strategic, it is near to many amenities and famous restaurants such as 老黄芽菜鸡，奇峰豆腐花，富山点心 and etc. Although it is similar to airbnb setting where we need to collect the key without a reception in the lobby, it is pretty easy and well explained by the owner via whatsapp. From key collection, registration and getting parking and how to return the key, everything is easy. The rooms are clean and tidy, very happy and absolutely worth for money

The service is terrible bad. they told room ready but no key place in. called many time all these number given never answer the phone. we are rush to next appointment but they just ignored you. when we found staff, they were actually just sat at corner chit chatting among them. when we got the key, going to park our car at the space they given, again another car was there. called them, again dont want to answer phone. we have to send message by hope they reply. yeah they replied you to wait then give you another lot. my question is if you ready, mean you shld ready everything for us to check in. we not rush you but we get your message only we go. but all not ready. The mad things is dont want to pick up phone to care anout guest problem, if dont want answer phone, better don't put your phone to tell 'your call is important to us' toilet not clean, stain still inside. we have to use water to flush it. I will not recommend this place unless you dont care about services by the unit.

The apartment is clean. Wonderful rooms and facilities are enough. Surrounding friendly and easy access to the town. Highly recommended for family to spend holiday in Ipoh. Thank you very much.

I love it. Easy to check in. Easy to access. So clean. Have an iron board, kitchen, and 2 bedroom. If you go with 2 cars, only 1 car can park at their parking lot. Another one need to park beside the road. Their Infinity pool is so good.

Recommended to anyone with family with young kids. Apartment is clean , spacious and comfortable. Nice views of mountainous scenery. Walking distance with nice local foods

The customer service is fast and good. We have request on the amenities and taken care the next morning.

The Horizon@Ipoh is an exceptionally comfortable and clean place, perfect for families looking for accommodation. The ambiance is serene, and the facilities are well-maintained. It's an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway in Ipoh. Looking forward for next visit.

The jacuzzi and swimming pool water was yellowish. The carpark was not friendly if you drive a family car. It's a HUGE challenge to go up and down everytime as the space for turning the corner are very limited. There are carpark slot drew after the turning point as well. Hence need to be extremely careful in the carpark. Designated carpark slot was parked by other car when we were back at 10:40pm. Texted and called the customer services but no reply. Customer service only replied next day 9am. The corridor was very sandy as the building is very new. So do the living hall floor. Keys were not in the mailbox when we checked in. Hence we need to wait for supervisor to come. There are 1 mosque and 2 hospitals downstairs. The mountain view from unit was pretty good. The unit was nicely decorated. Just that we need to clean wash our feet before entering the room as living hall was sandy. The house was well equipped with the amenities that needed. There is no hairdryer in the house or hook in the toilet to hang clothes.
