The apartment was in a great location. It was very bright and clean and comfortable. There was an amazing rooftop pool plus lots of other facilities that looked great too. The host was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The location was incredibly convenient, and easy access to call Grab service.The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all the necessary amenities. We'll definitely be back again in the future. Thank you as my family has a for a great stay in this apartment!

The landlord is responsive to your message and clear instruction on check-in and check-out process. It considered located at ground floor if started from residential floor, 5 floors below is for parking. So the landscaper or whoever are able to view the unit from the garden outside. Not advisable to drive MPV/pickup and SUV or slightly longer sedan if your driving skill not that good as the turning point is narrow and parking lot is small if there’s parking bay on left and right. We chose to stay in apartment/condo was due to the dining area where we can dine-in with the food takeaway and prefer a bit of home feel but this was our second and last decision. We totally can’t accept the cleanliness, the bed condition and the bathroom leaking problem. We suspected the bed at master bedroom has bed bugs which caused our skin get infected with swollen and itchy bumps for days/weeks and dust mites in the unit as i have allergic reaction by sneezing and mild running nose during 2 nights stays. The bed should be suitable for kid to sleep on only. The poor quality of wooden bed frame is so fragile and shaky like it will break anytime whenever we sit, wake up and turned around. We don’t have any peaceful and comfortable nights during the entire stays. The only one bathroom is leaking and flooded all the times under the toilet bowl. There is also some leaking sounds from the shower area all the times too. The toilet roll provided is poor quality which is so flimsy. Only one bottle of liquid/gel labeled as body wash.

Everything about the place is ok, except the water dispenser don’t seems to work. Located not far from town, easy to get Grab

We love the interior design of this house. Simple, minimalist and neat. All the facilities working well. We enjoy our stay here and will surely recommend to our friends and family who will come to visit Ipoh!

The house is quite big, with good air conditioning, and a nice view swimming pool. The service is fast to reply according to the request. Carpark system is advanced.

Strategic location which close to restaurant nearby. Easy access from city town.

The house is a bit dusty and has spider webs on the shelves. Location wise it is not near any mall or shopping district within walkable distance. However the security is good and quiet during at night.

We stayed 2 days here.. location and service is good but the cleanliness is poor..the floor is dirty with hair and dust everywhere..we have to buy our own sweep to clean the floor in the room and hall..only 1 access card provided.. parking turn is very narrow make us feel very hard to park at the multistorey car park and we choose to park outside much more easier.. anyway thanks for the service provided.

Good location, nearby town area and everything is good and affordable.

We are expecting on additional parking space as we are big family traveling with 2 cars. The parking route are very narrow, not suitable for novice driver. It would be better if landlord could provide washing machine and microwave. Others are excellent.

We enjoyed the stay, but the pillows and the mattresses were too flat and hard for our liking. Otherwise, the unit was clean and cozy.

The location is strategic, it is near to many amenities and famous restaurants such as 老黄芽菜鸡，奇峰豆腐花，富山点心 and etc. Although it is similar to airbnb setting where we need to collect the key without a reception in the lobby, it is pretty easy and well explained by the owner via whatsapp. From key collection, registration and getting parking and how to return the key, everything is easy. The rooms are clean and tidy, very happy and absolutely worth for money
