A bit remote from city with nothing much to eat ! Good size of room with extra beds extension easily

The room is spacious and clean. The only hiccup was that, at first, we got a room with a double bed despite booking a family room on Trip.com. When I asked the reception staff, she said there was no family room per se in the building, and in the booking that they had, it didn't say that I wanted a family room or how many people would be sleeping in the room. For them, a family room is a room with a double bed and an extra bed. The staff managed to change our room to one with an extra bed ready, so it wasn't a problem.

The hotel was what I expected. Clean, cheap and organised. Super easy and quick check in and check out process. Supermarkets nearby. Perfect for those who just want to spend the night. I would stay again and I recommend it.

Fair price, big and clean room

In a quiet area away from city centre. Staff were excellent and I had no problems.

服務好，免費停車，距離市區衹有10分鐘路程而且旁邊有24小時的asda十分方便，房間大也很乾凈！！！！

比較遠的位置離尼斯湖，酒店像是一個工廠改建的，樓板好像有點薄，到的時候很晚了，直接就睡了第二天早上就出發了，總體還算可以，房間不算小

wifi居然要收費 匪夷所思

The room was clean fresh and cosy. The bath and shower was very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating!. I ordered some pizza from the local delivery place that arrived quite quickly and very hot. Thank you Fairways for a pleasant stay I will be back soon!.

Staff were very welcoming accommodating, nothing was too difficult. Bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows for comfort. Perfect for what was needed

Room was clean and tidy. Thanks Sharon. The reception was on the ball and couldn't do enough to help. Great location close to everything but far enough away that the nights were quiet and got a great night's sleep. I will be staying here again next time I'm visiting

We regularly stay here as it’s just along from my daughter and son in law. Lack of Signage from the roundabout and at night street lighting leading to the lodge isn’t lit so doesn’t give a good first impression. Not the fault of Travel Inn but I’ve deleted this to them previously. There has recently been an arson attack on a business behind the travel inn so better lighting should be a necessity. They take dogs hense our staying with them. Lovely big bed and very clean. Plenty of coffee etc for morning cuppa however a tray for kettle etc to be on would be good as I’d normally reuse a teabag but as there wasn’t anywhere to sit thins in the spoon had to bin and take a new teabag. No noise overnight outside or in. Will be back.

Very friendly and helpful front of house staff, clean room and decent value for money. Plenty of parking spaces too. Would stay again and recommend to anyone planning to stay in the area. Love the little roomba vacuums doing their rounds too 😅
