Overall, the hotel service is superb ! Super satisfied with this hotel although room looks abit old Breakfast is super good with great variety of choices ! Will definitely stay here again !

Old fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping.

Great location. The double room with lake view and balcony has great view and is very spacious (actually much bigger than described size 20m)

Hotel is not worth the price and it’s very old and worn down. I do not recommend this hotel.

It had a perfect environment, and the lady from reception was nice and friendly. Highly recommend. I will choose this palace again if I am going to Interlaken in the future!

It was the most amazing stay we had, the staff was kind and thoughtful.location was perfect, very close to the station,the views from the room were amazing,views of the snow capped mountain and the views of the lake. It was just perfect. Loved it..😘

Good facilities including spa, swimming pool, and the gym. Just next to the train station. Pretty nice service overall.

Extremely surprised with the location to Interlaken Ost Station, literally a stone throw away. Room is nice and clean, view from balcony is almost breath taking every morning. Breakfast is by far the best I've experienced for my swiss trip!

Good location and nice old hotel. However, not five stars. Tired, cheaply appointed rooms. No air-conditioning - though fan provided. Pleasant looking, stocked bar - never staffed... would have liked a drink. Service -generally ok but a little erratic. Did not really feel like Switzerland.

1.總體評價：百年底藴的雪山小鎮高級酒店，old money的格調拉滿。 2.位置：因特拉肯東站出站，背對火車站，右拐，經過公交站後，獨立花園已清晰可見。 3.大堂、挑高、迴廊、鋼琴乃至公共洗手間的堂皇，都給人爽翻。 4.房間的層高極其好，有陽台對着雪山的的房間，真的是人間美景。 5.早餐有煙燻三文魚和國際五星級酒店該有的一切。 6免費行李寄存，首日mini bar全免。提供免費公交車票。最遠可以坐21路一個小時去圖恩，全程沿着圖恩湖開，賺翻。

100多年歷史的老店，地理位置優越。前台服務態度很好，無論晚班的美女還是早班的帥哥，都很有禮貌和耐心。

地理位置絕佳，距離因特拉肯OST（東站）400米，火車站對面就是COOP超市，進出極其方便。酒店設施相對老舊一些，但這在老歐洲是正常的，乾淨整潔，足夠用。洗漱用品也不錯。迷你吧有十來種飲料，每天補足。還有，自助早餐很不錯，一定要訂早餐。下次再來因特拉肯還住這兒。
