The hotel provided an exceptional experience thanks to its outstanding service and comprehensive facilities, ensuring guests had everything they needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient for going to attractions, close for shopping and quiet. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the price is reasonable. Very satisfied.

Decent for the price and location. Accessible via bus from main Interlaken Ost station, and walkable to West. Not a luxurious place, but comfortable enough for a short stay.

Here is the worst hotel in my whole trip. In trip, wifi is checked but in reality its doesn't work. And its not just only us , they are a lot of guests complain this problem!!! Reception cant do anything, he said its because of the iPhone problem. It should be fine if we can use our own 5G BUT in this hotel the network (swisscom) doesn't work as well !! If anyone think of staying here, i strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel !!!!

we went during the peak summer period and the hotel was at full occupancy. despite that, the team was always ready to render assistance and answer any questions. rooms were smaller than we'd like but the cleanliness made up for it.

The hotel no air conditioner. So ridiculous. I don’t know why . Not recommended to come .

I booked this room with breakfast, but hotel told me that breakfast was not included. So what happened?

Good location with reasonable price. Great place to stay. Anyway you can get the traveller card to take free bus around yet the reception did not inform us.

Nice hotel because it had a great location ! So easy to find and near interlaken west station. If you take bus from interlaken ost station, it only takes me 5 minutes get to the hotel. At the same time, supermarket coop, Migrolino and tourist information centre also takes 1-2mins can be arrived. Many restaurants and souvenirs shops nearby. Staffs are nice and talkative 😃 Room is clean and big enough to open two luggage at the same time. Electric kettle was provided. The minor thing is that there is no view outside the window. And the other thing is no toothpaste or toothbrush will be provided. I would recommend for the people who are in budget or with big luggage.
